Compré un carro que estaba $8,900.00 en la listagem y me vendieron $3,000,00 más caro. Nunca me pasaron lo contrato que firmamos. Quandi pare para hacer las cuentas miré que fue engañado por la emoción de estar comprando un carro y ni hablar la lengua América que es lo inglés.

Great location
Bought a car for my daughter. Called spoke to Frank on the phone. To the store they have the car ready for me to Dr. My husband was with me and they seem to get along very well wheel of the car and the whole staff is great

Forget all other dealerships
Drive Line was the last on my list and yet somehow managed to exceed all my expectations. Never before have I walked into an establishment and have been given incredible customer service!! Jose the GM was the first one to greet me and made me feel like I was at home. I never had to wait and was seen immediately by a sales representative. I was in the market for a Mustang gt and Javi took care of the rest. I was shown the vehicle inside and out, had all the carfax details ready to go and was ready to sign. I walked out with a car in less than 3 hours and have not had a single issue in the last 2 years. This establishment is beyond great and I wish I could give more stars.

Great Quality Even better Customer Service
This has been by far the best and easiest car buying experience thus far. Javier helped me pick out a great car that was in my budget and met my families needs. The whole staff was polite and attentive from the moment I walked in until I drove off the lot. I bought my car months ago and I have yet to have a single problem with my vehicle, it runs great and looks even better. I will definitely be returning when my boys are ready for their first car!

Couldn't be more happy with my buying experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and taken care of right away. I had a really jacked up car from a bad accident and was ready for something new. My credit isn't that great and even then, they were able to get me approved. I met with the owner Jose for a moment and he was super kind and laid back. Upfront I knew everything I was expecting and after a month of having the vehicle I couldn't be happier. Thanks guys!

I would definitely recommend Driveline Motorcars to anyone shopping around for a used vehicle. Jose the manager was very helpful in the process of buying. My sales agent was Will Adams and he guided me to success in finding exactly what I was looking for, and the payment I wanted. I would buy another car from here I could!

Get EVERYTHING in writing.
Great customer service until after the paper work is signed, I highly recommend getting everything in writing. The positives were good the negatives were worse. The owner Jose worked with me on the price and explained that they purchased the car for $12,000 and I was getting a deal at $12,500 little did I know that $300 I saved would be spent in the following days. The tail light issue wasn't able to be fixed and the tail light was hastily re-assembled. Jose told me there was no way they could fix it because there was no money to be made AFTER all the paper work was signed. I asked if they would cover the cost of a ticket for getting pulled due to the tail light being out, he said no. The tail light came apart before I made it a mile down the road and I lost the housing. I was forced to drive through rush hour Dallas traffic without a brake light making me nervous for my safety. The battery on the car also tested bad and needed to be replaced. There is nothing more disappointing than buying a new car and not being able to drive it due to a safety issue. I worked with Ian Fuller on getting things organized. I traveled from out of state to purchase the car. Ian followed up with me and made sure the car was ready when I got there. He was up front with the car fax and any issues. He noticed and issue with the tail light and pointed it out to me saying it could be fixed before I left. He did a great job getting me to purchase the car. The service manager Javier put the car on a lift and allowed me to fully inspect it which I greatly appreciate. Potential buyers should take their time and fully inspect any vehicle they purchase and get everything in writing prior to making a deal. Prior to the issues I experienced I had hopes that there might still be some integrity in used car sales.
