The vehicle has exceeded my expectations.

The vehicle has exceeded my expectations. The van is so quiet and as a result the road noise is imperceptible. I can easily hear conversations from the back seats. The car rides so smoothly it seems like you are floating. I love the two-toned interior. The gas mileage is much better than I expected even though I have not made a long trip. When I told the general manager I did not want to dicker he came back with a fair offer that sped up the process. The finance guy & I had a lot in common, so the process did not feel like we were there as long as we actually were. Since the purchase my wife has called John several times, regarding different features and he was very helpful.

Jim Shorkey Kia and Wexford is amazing. Serena took care of me ASAP. Was able to work in their lounge while waiting to have my car serviced. Got it back clean and ready to go quickly.

I purchased a 2024 KIA Telluride on June 11, 2024.

I purchased a 2024 KIA Telluride on June 11, 2024. I traded in a 2023 Tesla Model Y, I provided them with a 10 day payoff for the Tesla at the time of purchase, they didn't pay off the Tesla in full, I had to pay the difference, the paperwork for the Telluride was to be processed online, it is now July, 8, 2024, I have no registration for my vehicle, I called today and spoke with the title department, they didn't process the paperwork, they said they hold it for 7 days which means the paperwork should have been processed on June 18, 2024, it now can't be processed because of the CDK outage, if it would have been processed as it should have been, it would have been done before the outage on June 19, 2024. PennDot requires all paperwork be sent to them for processing within 20 days, there is a work around for the paperwork that is 20 days old, how they don't know this baffles me. I was charged fees on my MV1 that I shouldn't have been charged, because I transferred my license plate, a county fee doesn't apply. They don't know how to set up the digital key that is offered on some 2024 KIA's, if they represent the brand, they should know how to use the technology that is in the car. I ended up calling KIA connect and they helped me. They have no respect for your time, I was there for hours, and I had an appointment to pick my vehicle up. My sales person, Jay, was fantastic, the finance department is undesirable at best and the title processing is worse.

Sales Management is rude and Service staff is inept.

Sales Management is rude and Service staff is inept. Due to rude sales management and charging thousands over MSRP, despite being minutes from my home, I opted to purchase my brand new KIA elsewhere. Service department takes months to get into even for the simplest maintenance items, and because I did not buy the car from them, was told it would take even longer. This dealership is the epitome of why people hate the car purchasing and service experience.

Super friendly staff, great sales, finance and management

Super friendly staff, great sales, finance and management team. My salesman Dave, came from Jim Shorkey Chevy dealership to sell me the Kia. He went above and beyond in all areas. He assisted the vehicle prep technician in washing my car while we were in with finance to speed up the process! Jessie and his manager Dave were also super helpful and personable. I highly recommend the Jim Shorkey Auto Group.
