    The entire service crew consists of friendly, courteous individuals! Since I got my 2000 Camry a little over 2 years ago, I have pleasantly surprised with the service. From the Service Manager to the Assistant Service Manager to the Service Writers to the drivers that first greet me when I pull in for service... all top-notch! They are the reason that I service and repair my car ONLY at New Rochelle Toyota!

    I went in for a NY State Inspection for 37 dollars. They purportedly found two corner lights (blinker lights out) 3 dollars per bulb. They charged me 83.23 to replace these bulbs. I went to Mavis immediately after, and they showed me how easy it is to change these bulbs, literally 10 seconds. So actually NeW Rochelle invites you in for an insepection, find something wrong and then overcharge. 6 months ago they wanted to charge me twice the amount that Mavis charges for an oil change. Luckily, I first inquired with Mavis and hed the job done there. New Rochelle Mavis, your go to place!

    I got a call from the dealer and they straightened out the problem. This shows good faith, and I recommend that people discuss and improper charging with the manager. I believe they will work things out so that you return to their service center. I think I will give them a second try.

    Found this dealer through Autotrader & spoke with Mario as they were lowest price/mileage for the car I was looking for. Great experience, although slightly delayed on my end (I was moving & didn't yet have my new state driver's license). Mario was very nice, took a deposit and walked through what was needed. He even picked me up at the train station a few blocks away so I could sign relevant papers and be on my way. John in finance got me a good deal including a warranty & had Toyota finance match an external bank for a better deal. Sales & Finance were flawless. I'm taking one star off on cleaning the car prior to delivery - my kids quickly found a package of prior-owner cookies in the seat back pocket, & there's something sticky and gross all over the glove box and the owner's manual. The gas tank was full and the outside clean, but I don't think the car saw a vacuum recently. Given how fast they were able to get me in and out (and that a quick full service car wash solves all manner of ills), this should not detract from an otherwise great and efficient experience.
