The dealer shop sales member was great Sam .The GM followed via message .David got room for improvement in customer service . I hope I see improvements during my next visits .Dealership is all about people especially when you are buying a high end car .

Last experience wasn't good.

Last experience wasn't good. No clear cut ETA for completion. Car had full warranty but the initial quote ignored. Rental while my car was in service was all messed up and I still don't know who is responsible for payment although my warranty pays for 5 days.
