I just bought a brand new RAV 4 at Wills Toyota in Twin

I just bought a brand new RAV 4 at Wills Toyota in Twin Falls today. The salesman who helped me was Miguel Lara. He was very knowledgeable about Toyota vehicles and was a great help to me. There were no questions he could not answer. This young man is an excellent salesman. Thank you Miguel and thank you Wills Toyota.

It was great.

It was great. Casey was great spent a lot of time with my daughter and I. Then I brought my husband back and he spent more time with us. Everyone there was great , we got to visit the whole dealer ship. Thank you.

Casey Goober is SUPER!

Casey Hoobery was super pleasant and showed my daughter and I used cars one day. Then my husband and I went another day, he showed us cars an we drove them and bought.the dealership and everyone there is super nice.

DO NOT WORK WITH THEM IF YOU HAVE A TRADE. THEY W

DO NOT WORK WITH THEM IF YOU HAVE A TRADE. THEY WILL SNEAK IN A LOWBALL, SHOW NO CONCERN, AND IGNORE YOU. I would not recommend this dealership especially if they have a trade. This is quite possibly the worst experience I have had in many transactions. The salesman appraised my car "without opening my email" that had the description of vehicle, Vin#, and pictures.... Gave me a great appraisal , strung me along for 1 month then the day before decided to deduct value from my trade for $1200 on previously disclosed but "unseen issues" That he missed in the only email he could have used to appraise the vehicle. This would not have been disclosed before a 4 hour round trip drive had I not pushed for the further agreement on terms. It would have been a nice surprise for sure. I tried to work with the Sales manager Steve and meet somewhat in the middle. He had no empathy or concern and would not even acknowledge the mistake was theirs. He didnt even fake it. Just did not care and constantly talked over me. I requested a Call from the GM who declined and instead took 20+ minutes to type an email. He feigned concern, didnt reply, and had his salesman deny sale over text. Unprofessional!! I normally would not write a negative review. As a business owner myself I prefer to inform and work it out with the owners and managers of the facility. These have proven absolutely unapologetically unconcerned with integrity and customer service. BUYER BEWARE

Hello Tim, As you know, the appraisal value on your trade was completed before any pictures were seen as you don't live in the Twin Falls area. Once pictures were opened at a later date and we saw your bumper was in rough shape needing replaced, we then attained a quote of $1,200 passing along your new, accurate and fair trade value. From the beginning you were made aware and agreed that your final trade value would be based on a subject to see in-person appraisal. Which is how 100% of car dealerships operate as you mentioned as well. Since there were no notes or details from us to fix an unsalvageable bumper on the original appraisal, it is fair to assume when you arrived in person you would expect for us to have to account for a $1,200 fix. You are correct, I took the time to send you a long and detailed email explaining our internal processes and the specifics of your potential transaction. Which you then replied to thanking me for my empathy and mentioning that you appreciated my email. You were not ignored by any means. I did my due diligence taking the time to get advice from other Toyota GM's before making my decision. Which means this is how this situation is handled at the vast majority of dealerships and in fact, very professional. Hank, I am sorry. You are dead wrong. You only feigned concern in your response to me then had your salesman relay the message that you would not be selling the vehicle to me. You did not find it worth your time to call me the first time and then it wasn't worth your time to send a reasonable reply the second. Had you truly taken ownership and were truly concerned that would not have happened. I have worked in Lexus dealerships for many of my younger years and I assure this is not how it is done in properly run dealerships. When a customer wants to speak with you, you should make time. When you make a mistake you own it, you do not use it as a ploy to "steal their trade" the day of the transaction. When your team makes a mistake you make it right by the customer not just feign concern than pass them off. Please when you make a decision stop trying to validate it with fake conversations with other GMs. This whole feigned interaction has been quite sad to watch come together. Make a decision and stand by it, value your customers especially when they rightfully point out your team dropped the ball, be a Man and have a professional conversation with that upset customer, and never avoid a customer and pan it off on your sales people. As I stated BUYER BEWARE Especially if they have a trade or valid complaint.

Arlen Askew at Wills Toyota was really helpful.

Arlen Askew at Wills Toyota was very helpful during my recent visit. I have been a customer of Wills Toyota with service for my 2016 4Runner, but this visit was less exciting. I needed and VIN inspection on my daughter's car as I am fairly new to the state and needed to register her car. Arlen was cheerful and greeted me as I got out of the car. He was more than willing to help despite it not being a revenue generating visit. Thanks for you help Arlen. I got the car registered in no time today. Thank.

Wills Toyota is the only place to buy a car !! We have purchased 3 cars from them over the last 30 yrs, knowing we where always getting a dependable vehicle & have, everytime ! They pay attention to detail from sales to service & they care about you..the customer. We had an awesome salesman in "Casey Hoobery". Very knowable about the technology & the in's/out's of the vehicle we where interested in. Very polite, very enjoyable to be around, answered all our questions & is still following up with us, after the sale. He was very patient about explaining anything we where not familiar with. We felt as tho we had made a new friend by the end of the transaction. So if you are looking to buy a new or pre-owned vehicle call "Casey Hoobery" at Wills Toyota, he is a good guy & not the type of Car Salesman we all dread, he will do all he can to help you out......THANKS CASEY

I've been in the market for a new 2021 Toyota 4runner TRD...

I've been in the market for a new 2021 Toyota 4runner TRD PRO, most dealers around where I live (Reno,NV.) are way over market value, or are already sold. I been searching for about a month and came across WILLS Toyota in Idaho. Wills had the vehicle I been searching for and it was fairly priced. I spoke to Zach and Dean, they are friendly, and professional. They helped me secure the TRD Pro over the phone. I made a trip to Idaho to make the purchase upon arriving Mr. Chad Klemann already knew who I was and gave my family a warm welcome. Mr. Chad showed us the vehicle and I was very impressed over all with the whole purchase. Chad,Zach,and Dean are top class guys. We were not hassled, nor pressured to buy something we didn't want. The 6 hour trip to Idaho was well worth it, I was able to buy my Dream rig without the stress. If you live by Wills Toyota or the next state over, these guys are worth a trip to. I'll probably buy another car in 2yrs., I'll be making a trip to Idaho again. Thank you Chad for all the help.
