BE AWARE!!! When ordering a saddlebag for my Indian motorcycle I asked the person who took my order if the bag came with all the attachments that would... secure it to the bike. I was told yes it has everything needed. This order was a $963 plus order which was advertised as "Free Shipping". Yet they added a $14.62 "Special Handling" fee! Total $978.21. On a Friday I went to the UPS station to pick it up early so we could get started on our 1400 mile ride. When I got home we opened the box and the bag was there with no fasteners... I went on our ride with no bags. When I returned home I contacted Zeigler's to ask about the missing parts. I spent the first 20 minutes on hold and was disconnected before talking to anybody. I called back again and asked to speak to a manager. After waiting over 15 minutes on hold I hung up. The third try they again put me on hold. After 22 minutes I spoke with a service rep. She asked who the sales person I spoke when I ordered the product? All I had was the initials on the receipt. She told me she would try to figure out who it was and call back by the end of the day. NO RESPONSE... and no bags for my next ride. VERY FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY. Randy

It is because they are struggling. Read the other reviews and you will see they have issues in the service department and lack knowledge in the parts... department. After my horrid experience in the service department, I found out later that others have delt with bad experiences in the service and parts department. After I approached both the service manager and GM with my experience, there was no communication and was offered only a discount on parts or a new snowmobile. Before that I spent a fair amount of money, but they won't see another dime from me.
