Hands down, the worst service department.
This branch of Bolles Motors has to be the worst. I had an appointment to fix an oil leak. Bolles called me back to reschedule due to mechanic issue. The new appointment was for a Monday and would take 3 to 4 days. This was on my commercial pickup truck. I called on Wednesday to check the status, and learned they never started on it. The mentioned something about waiting on parts. Called on Friday, they still did not work on it. I told them I was coming to pick it up. They offered no apology or lucid explanation. Just arrogance. They lost my commercial and personal vehicle business, as well as all service business for my family. No loss for me, but a loss for them. This was actually the second time I was burned by Bolles. They is clearly a poorly managed business.
They DO NOT honor their warranties
Bought a Certified Pre-owned vehicle last year with a Bumper 2 Bumper and Powertrain warranty. Not only do they refuse to honor their warranty and fix my faulty Crankshaft Position Sensor, Only 1 Employee was spotted wearing a mask, and the "mechanic" hooked his phone up to my Bluetooth so he could call his friends. Jasmine of the service department seems to be commission based, practically begging to be able to charge me to re-diagnose my vehicle. DO NOT recommend to anyone. Plenty of other Jeep dealers in the area.
