Such a great experience purchasing my new car. I can't say enough about Chevrolet of Wayzata. From the minute I walked in I felt so welcome. Josh, Brandon... and Max took awesome care of me and made my experience super fun. Thank you guys, I will definitely be back for my next car!
I took my daughter's car in for a safety check, oil change, check on service engine light, headlight out, new tires and wiper issue. I was immediately... told i needed new wipers which I said No, I had new wipers. After diagnosis, i was sent a list of $4,000 of repair and optional repairs to which i went thru each one of them and authorized several and rejected many including the transmission fluid replacement ($224.19) and wiper blades ($25.98) . When I finally got the bill, it was over $1,900 including transmission fluid replacement and wiper blades . When I asked why those 2 items were charged, I got an explanation "well, they already had done it" . Seemed made up., He had already mentioned an $80 coupon and said he would go back and see what he could do. He came back with an $1800 bill saving me about $110 so i guess I got the wiper blades free. I'm a single woman and felt like I was taken advantage of. If I don't authorize something, I should not have to pay.

We met Bob on our first trip in and scheduled a time for us to test drive. When we arrived he had it pulled up, warmed up and ready to go. Our test drive... wasn't rushed and he gave us plenty of time to discuss between ourselves without any pressure. Once we made the decision to buy, he was very helpful in the financing process and we were driving away in the truck before we knew it. Bob is the type of sales rep that I will recommend to everyone I know.

upscale dealership, but I got the run around and still no car. Salesman was the only positive! Finance dept misleading and deceiving very dissappointed.... Waste of time.

I drove 2 hours to come to Wayzata for a SUV. Josh Z. greeted me as I was looking around. Josh was very nice & offered suggestions while the vehicle I... came to see could be brought up to be test driven. Josh explained the process thru every step of the way & what would be happening when I go to the finance department. I am very satisfied with my purchase at Chevrolet of Wayzata & highly recommend them.
We had a fantastic experience here! Chad, who we worked with was absolutely fantastic and met our car needs perfectly! We worked with Nick who was very... good to us as well. Joe who we finalized paperwork with was funny and kept us happy too! We were here a few times and two of the times we had our little son with us who all three of them, Chad, Nick and Joe were understanding, patient and very nice to him! We ended up having to come back to get our vehicle detailed after buying it because there was no time to do so at the time of signing paperwork and Allen came into the lounge and asked us if we wanted water and my son wanted one so he went to grab that for him, super awesome service here! We couldn't be happier and will be coming back for our next vehicle in a year or two!

Josh was great. Nick was friendly. Car was gassed, cleaned, ready and waiting for me. Only hicccup was waiting for finance team to be available to sign... paperwork. Would return for future purchases and recommend to friends or family.
