Had a 10 am appt for oil, filter, fuel filter, and tire
Had a 10 am appt for oil, filter, fuel filter, and tire rotation. Was told to expect 90 minutes. 4 hours later, I was out of there. The fuel filter had to be ordered.. Fuel filter indicator not reset. Service writer Joshua was fine. A very pleasant fellow and tried, but the issues were not within his control.

Amy, service advisor was great.
Amy, service advisor was great. Informative. The pick up valet service for morning was great. Unfortunately the evening drop off was not. Communication was 1pm delivery, then we are running behind two calls to number provided and email. No response. Had to go through service department and directed to Amy who was super busy; message left. They then had to email her. Due to closeness of closing, we drove down and picked up the car. Valet is great concept but home delivery needs to occur after car service completed, not 5 hrs later
