I wouldn’t waste your time. Extremely unprofessional, one of the worst costumer service experiences I’ve ever had. They don’t return calls or texts. When... I did speak to them, I felt like they were very condescending.
Emir and Fred took care of me. I got nothing but VIP service with these guys!!!! Since the moment I walked in with my Family, Emir treated me professionally,... dignity and respect. It felt so right!!!! I came in on a Saturday evening and it was bit late for the finance process, however after providing all the information that was needed Emir assure me that after getting all bank finance paper button up, he would have the vehicle dropped off to me on Monday. I live in Pennsylvania which is over than 2 hours commute from the dealership and that is EXACTLY what Emir did!!! Emir personally dropped off my Volvo XC90 Inscription to my home in PA. Emir even check up on me on the next day to see how me and my family feel with the new vehicle. These guys really took care of me. I got to trade my vehicle for the Volvo and it was the smoothest transaction that I have ever done with any dealership. Baron Auto Emporium sells PREMIUM Quality vehicles at a great price and they will treat you with respect!!!!
It is dealers like this who give the car sales industry a bad reputation. They are unprofessional and unscrupulous. Typical read the fine print company... advertising teaser prices and adding up to 6000 in additional costs. Cars.com should do better in reviewing those that post on their site. Your enabling unscrupulous dealers like this to prey on buyers who are looking to deal in good faith. Bottom line.. if you value your time and your money, and don’t want to hear B.S., then stay away from Baron Emporium in Roslyn Heights. Salesman Sammy is a joke.
Had an amazing experience at Baron Auto Emporium. Everyone was very friendly and I ended up leaving with my dream car. Would def recommend to my friends... and family. Thank you Baron Auto Emporium!

I went to go purchase a car from there dealership I am paying cash we agreed on a deal on a Saturday evening I tell them I am unable to buy the car today... due to the banks being close but I will be back Monday morning we agree that it is okay . I call Monday at 10:00 am as soon as they open they tell me no problem come in the manager who I made the deal with then calls and says the car has been sold don’t come I found it suspicious so I had my mom dad and girlfriend call Nd spoke to three different sales reps saying they can still come see the car it has not been sold so I show up still see the car in the lot and he explains that it has been sold it’s being prepped so I leave not gonna force anyone to take my money I call back three days later and the car is still there my guess is they wanted more for the car then we agreed on plus’s they have underlying fees cAr is listed as 15,000 after all there fees it came out it 21,000
BEWARE OF SCAM! STAY AWAY from this place!. I bought a car in feb and they told me that after six month your loan will go down to half amount which you... are paying but now they are making excuses The person name was Freddy. He is scam. Now they are using pandemic and blaming pandemic. Please dont buy or refinance any car from them. Please reach out to me if any one needs any feedback. I have all the screen shots and documents and log of conversation which we have between Baron Auto and my self.
The second you inquire about a car you see for sale here, the price goes up $5,000-$6,000. They sell you some bs story that warrants them charging a $4,000... dealer fee and they explain it like it’s normal in the industry.. They basically use this platform as a bait and switch, and they throw in thousands of “profit” for them after you walk in
BEWARE OF SCAM! STAY AWAY from this place! Came to buy a car with cash, they gave us a price and confirmed multiple times that the price was final. After... about an hour and us filling out a bunch of paperwork, they told us that we have to do financing ( which would cost us about $500 more assuming we pay it in full ASAP). We agreed to that and kept filling out the paperwork. After paying the initial payment they told us we also have to buy full insurance covering since the car is financed. That would be another $500 extra. We agreed to that. After few more hours of waiting for their financial department to prepare all the paperwork we go into Fred’s office who tells us that ‘by the way there are these two extra fees that are $2500 extra’. And that’s after we have asked the sales person multiple times if the price is final. So the price went up $3500! We ended up leaving after wasting 5 hrs there. Long story short, be prepared that they will try to get you excited about a new car, wear you down, and then rip you off by adding a few extra thousands dollars in fees.
