Got some work done on the car by the mechanics here is a bit overpriced but they did a good job and they take time to even send videos of the problems and video to fix them it would be a 5 for me I just find it a bit overpriced.

Had a not-so-good experience in our recent dealings with Carling Mazda. The 3-year lease on our Mazda CX-3 was expiring and, after a pleasant and professional meeting with Bridget in June to determine our options, we had decided to buy it out. We subsequently emailed Bridget to set up a meeting to buy the car and conclude the transfer of ownership. However, the email was answered by Alex who said we could meet with him instead (no explanation why Bridget was not available), so we arranged to visit last week. The meeting was scheduled for 11am – we arrived a few minutes early and were told by the receptionist that Alex was “on his way” and that we should go and wait in the customer lounge, and they would call us. At 11:15, we were still waiting so went back to the receptionist. She checked and said Alex was busy in his office and would be a few more minutes. We pointed out, again, that our meeting had been scheduled for 11am. When Alex did come out, he was not particularly friendly and gave the impression that we had interrupted something; he gave no apology or explanation for keeping us waiting. He didn’t seem to know why we were there – we had to remind him. In his office, he pulled up our file, printed out some information, added a few notes re documents we needed to provide. We set up a safety inspection at their Service department, arranged to come back next week to finalize the transfer, and that was it. A rather cold, unfriendly and not very professional interaction, considering we are in the process of purchasing the car for close to $20K ! We found ourselves leaving the Dealership shaking our heads and saying “What just happened there?’ We have been dealing with Carling Mazda for over 25 years. This is the 3rd car we purchased from them and have been quite satisfied in all our prior dealings with them. We think this deserves, at the very least, an explanation from Carling Mazda management.

Just traded in my jeep compass to down size. I dealt with the used car manager Mac. The absolute best car buying experience. No pressure and easy going. Did my financing with Jessy and once again perfectly comfortable and easy going. All around a professional and stress free experience.
