"Outstanding Service"

Doug Ellaschuk is an awesome sales representative who is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and worked in our best interest to get us the best price! Highly recommend Doug as the super sales person who will work with you without pressure tactics! Purchasing our new Mazda from Doug was a pleasurable experience.

Service quality

Bought a CX5 AWD from Carling Mazda in November 2014. Have had one minor warranty repair (power window winder). Apart from that I've had scheduled services, seasonal wheel swaps, oil changes, until August 10 when, at 67000kms (72000kms service) the rear brake rotors and pads were replaced. I also have a 2007 Mazda 3 GT that I bought from my daughter (she bought it second hand as a trade-in from a Honda dealer). It's up to 160000kms. I've taken it to Carling Mazda for services, oil changes, brake work, seasonal wheel swaps, one issue with the ignition/transmission lock). In all this I have never been less than thoroughly pleased with the quality of the service provided by Al Greer and the service staff. Al is consistently cheerful, friendly (but not overly so), knowledgable about the vehicles, and is always willing to fully explain what work has been done and why. He always goes over the bill, answers any questions, is very clear in his recommendations of what needs to be done, what should be done, and what is beginning to appear on the horizon as probable future issues. Thoroughly professional, a pleasure to deal with.

Fistr rate service

Best service department I have ever come across. Service advisors are very aware of potential issues with my car and a step ahead when I mention what I consider a problem. the response is always - "we are aware and it will be fixed - eg. LED daytime running light flickering and delamination of dash trim around Navigation system. Both fixed quickly with no hassle at all. Technicians do excellent work and car is always returned clean.

Service amical et bien plus

Jai acheter un mazda 3 sport gs 2015 en 2015 chez carling mazda et fait affaire avec mr jean levesque a ma plus grande satisfaction et referer benoit crete qui ses procurer un cx5 gt 2016 aux meilleurs prix. lorsque jai decider dacheter un cx5 gs awd 2017 jai debuter par carling ensuite argus mazda et hawkesbury et performance et finalement acheter chez carling pour 2ieme fois et en plus dubrabais fideliter et rabais a la signature jai obtenu plus pour mon trade. Jesse derepentigny est un representant des ventes attentionner et devouer aux clients.Egalement je ne peut pas ecrire sans mentionner lexcellent service de mr Jaimie Pacaud ce mr est bien plus qun directeur des finances ,il en fait beaucoup plus offre du cafe lors dattente et disont que ses grace a lui que jai acheter encore chez carling.En 2011 jaimie pacaud mavait aider a obtenir un financement pour ma mazda 3 gx 2011 neuve. Mr Pacaud et Jesse et Nick sales manager font un bon team et il mon servie en francais. Jaimerais aussi souligner l'accueil tounours sourriant de la jeune dame cheveux blond Danielle . Cette semaine japorte un autre client pour un mazda 3 gx.2017 elle va rencontrer jessy et jaimie et le referal de 200$se prend bien. Great Service

My MX5 was serviced and was completed on time and with satisfaction. Friendly and knowledgable staff. They regularly remind me for my service appointments and I would recommend them.

regular scheduled maintenance

Brought 2016 MX5 in for regular scheduled maintenance Completed on time and with satisfaction Al the service advisor is very knowledgable and very helpful in getting the work completed The two outside issues of concern were taken care of with satisfaction My other car 2009 Mazda 6 is also brought in for services there as well

Worst Customer Service

Basically I was dealt with in a poor manner after purchasing my car, didn't do excellent repairs, was left hanging when I called about a week later that the battery died and the Sales Manager Rob Gibson was on my Facebook commenting in a unprofessional manner!

Amazing staff and great cars

Dealing with Jessy, Robert, and Jamie was just awesome. Super easy and no pressure. They got me the perfect ride SO FAST. Very impressed with their service will be going back.

Great Staff

I bought a brand new 2017 Mazda CX-5 GT from Carling Mazda. The entire experience from walking through the front door to driving away was great. I'd happily recommend them to all my friends and family.

Amazing people!

Just when to Carling mazda to get some parts for my 07 Mazda 3 they lady I talk to was super nice to direct me to parts department, the service was amazing, the people are super nice and knows there stuff! This is my place to go from now on!
