Traded in our Chevy impala for a Chevy trax. Ron was our salesman and he did a great job. Would definitely buy from them again. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. Everyone we encountered at McGuire was friendly.

I came to Maguire Chevrolet of Baldwinsville to look at a truck I saw online, but decided a compact was too small. A day later I returned to take a 2nd test drive of another vehicle and purchased it the same day. Ron the salesman was extremely friendly, professional and very helpful. I didn’t feel pressured and I thought the experience of buying a truck there was excellent. Sarah who helped with signing papers and the financial end was also very friendly and helpful like Ron. I’m very happy with my purchase there and I would recommend them to anyone.

Extremely upset and disappointed. We had heard to be aware of the bait and switch tactics of this dealership when it came to the vehicle pricing and rebates. and Let me tell you they weren't wrong! We left settled on a price, and when it came to picking up the vehicle the price was higher. They utilized a supplier discount and stated this was the cause, Unfortunately we were unaware of what the supplier discount was and had not heard of it before . Now after much research we find out that the discount should have actually discounted the vehicle much more than it was, I should mention they took away the first responder discount as well, stating this could not be used in conjunction with the supplier discount. they also gave us a line that the supplier discount was used to get us a lower interest rate, Now with more research we find this not to be true either!! I am extremely disappointed. when you settle on a price that is the price you should pay not be surprised with a higher price in the end. I feel that this dealership is completely dishonest and took complete advantage of the supplier discount to their own advantage. Feeling very unhappy and angry this has happened.
