Bought 4 new tires for my equinox and 1 keeps losing air went to service department and was told it will be 3 weeks before they can get me in to look at tire that’s losing air every week and needs to be aired back up.. When I bought the tires from them they got me right in to put them on. Now it’s hold my hand on my xxx to get it in

Have nothing but good things to say about my car buying experience with this dealership. My Sales person Ron, did not put any pressure on me and listened to what my needs were in order to get me the car that I always wanted! Sam in finance was also great and everything was a fast, seamless transition to getting me into my New Mazda! Definitely recommend this place.

Went in for service, but due to a mix up my appointment was for the prior week. Ray, one of the service writers, took my car in anyway and performed the necessary service. Thanks Ray!!! You saved me a trip back if I had to reschedule.

I would recommend Ron to assist with anyone . I thought that I was at the right location to purchase an Infiniti and the vehicle was coming in at their other location. We compared years, mileage and prices. Based on him going above by showing me that it wasn't a waste of time coming out. His professionalism and courtesy had me sold. He also followed up the next day to let me know more information about the other I originally came out to look at. "Sold and satisfied customer."

Terrible gave them all the info on my vehicle for a trade in and got a number i liked . I drove up to make a deal and when I got there they offered almost 2000 less than what i was told on the phone and went down hill from there
