Vaden Dodge Jeep Ram in Brunswick Georgia is, without a doubt, the worst service department that I have ever dealt with. They are liars. If your only other option is to drive to California not to have to deal with these clowns, do it.

Yesterday I was traveling north on 95 from Florida to North Carolina. A trooper had his lights on and I made the mistake to pull off immediately to the left side of the 95. The trooper passed me and turned his lights off. I hit a road hazard when I pulled off and bent the rim on my tire. I had three show dogs in my dodge caravan and myself. The jack in my emergency kit was not safe enough for me to jack my van up to crawl under it to release my spare tire. Four roadside companies would not assist me because of the dogs and my location. After hours I found a man that would assist me for a large amount of cash. Once safe, I drove to 4 different tire and rims shops. The fifth location was the Chrysler's dealership in Brunswick, GA. The first person I met was Johnathan from the service department. This man helped me immediately. He understood how important the dogs were to me and allowed me to keep my van running in the service area. Johnathan told me he had good and bad news. My rim is 1600 and could be there in a day. He also had a van in the back he could take the rim from that would not match but I would be able to get the dogs home and take care of everything from home. I do not know one dealership that would not take advantage of the situation I was in to make a sale. I would drive cross country to give this dealership my Business. My heart was devastated when the trooper past my van and left me on the side of the road to save himself a little time. Johnathan and the entire staff was kind and it was not about a sale. It was about getting me home safely. I will give this dealership my loyalty forever. I will purchase my vans in the future from them no matter where I am living because in a time when they could have taken advantage of my situation they only wanted to help me. I can’t thank them enough for everything. If you need your vehicle repaired please keep them at the top of your list and shake Johnathan’s hand because this service department is truly here to help people.

Service center at Chrysler store is completely

Service center at Chrysler store is completely unprofessional. They have had my vehicle and not communicated at all with me or my insurance. All calls have been met with promises to have management call back and yet no one calls. When management finally called back , they assured me it would be addressed and they would follow up with me. I have not heard from them in over two days and they have not returned any of the calls from me, my wife, or my insurance.

We dropped off the car on December 21, 2023,

We dropped off the car on December 21, 2023, understanding that the service department wouldn’t address the issues immediately. Though they couldn't schedule us until the end of January, they offered to squeeze us in earlier if we could drop it off sooner. Finally, on February 1, 2024, we picked up the car. The experience was far from satisfactory. Multiple times, when we managed to reach our service advisor, she promised to call back later that day or the next, but we wouldn’t hear from her for at least a week, sometimes even three. Each time, we had to call for updates. When we finally retrieved the car, the windows and door were fixed, and they replaced a wastegate solenoid for the turbo issue. However, the major problem of squealing at startup remained unresolved. Despite providing detailed instructions to duplicate the issue, they failed to do so. The problem with the turbo also showed back up on the drive home. Even after our second visit on February 6, where I left an extensive note on the issues, they still couldn’t replicate them. They claimed to have only one technician for their entire workload. Over the subsequent weeks, our attempts to reach them were often met with silence. Finally, they managed to duplicate the squealing problem and suggested replacing the serpentine belt, but they couldn’t replicate the turbo issue. However, upon picking up the car on March 1, 2024, the turbo problem resurfaced during the drive home. It took over an hour and a half to reach the service advisor, who couldn’t confirm if the car was safe to drive. We were given the option to tow it back at our expense with the understanding it would be months before they got to it again. When we got the car home, we discovered damage to the underside due to improper lifting, the rear hatch inoperable and issues with the front passenger door not locking and unlocking properly. All of these are things they worked on. Despite our efforts since December, the problem remains unresolved. We strongly advise against dealing with Brunswick Hyundai, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, all under Step One Automotive Group. They’ll return your car in worse condition with no recourse.

Payton Mobayenni was the sales agent for my purchase of a new 2024 Grand Cherokee Summit. He is an outstanding person in every respect. He was courteous, informative, very knowlegeable about the product and expedited my purchase with patience, efficiency and a very high standard of professionalism. My experience working with Payton was rewarding and as good as it gets. The whole experience at Brunswick CDJR was excellent but Payton and the fine gentleman who expedited by financial arrangements stand out at the top as the best! I will recommend Payton and CDJR Brunswick to alkl my friends who are in the market for a new vehicle. Brought my 23 Grand Cherokee L in for and oil change and

Brought my 23 Grand Cherokee L in for and oil change and to inspect a rattle in the driver door panel. Appointment was at 10:30am (I was there by 10:20). It's was 1:15pm before I had to ask for my car back because I had somewhere to be. I'd change my own oil but I have 3 free changes left from Jeep Wave. Doesn't take that long to change oil. Ended up never getting the rattle looked at (which they already tried replacing the door panel on a prior appointment to no avail). I get home, and there is oil all over my driveway. I could only imagine the sales process at this dealership is just as bad. I'll never do business here again.

I was not allowed to give 0 stars. Do not buy an extended warranty through this dealership. Their service person does not follow up and general manager does not follow up when cancellation of warranty is delayed. First tried to cancel through dealership however upon checking with CARS, they did not receive any notification. Proceeded to cancel directly through CARS and within 5 days they cancelled and provided check # sent to dealership so dealer can add their portion of the refund. After 10 days I spoke to Gen manager who promised to follow up. now, almost a month later, GM has not returned any calls or messages and I have still not received the refund. GM also said that he had never heard of check going to dealer. Guess he doesn't think the mark up should be part of the refund.

Bad customer service

Received a quote for my trade in that was for lack of better words absurd. I was told it was based on the market which I understand, but when I began advising what I found in my market research I never heard another word. I understand business but do not try to hit home runs on everyone. What you valued my truck at was insane. I felt they were trying to low ball me and when I began asking the right questions they didn’t want to communicate anymore. On top of that I was told at 0930 hours they would be right back in touch and didn’t hear another word until 1530 hours and received estimate for my trade. Every other dealership offered me 8-9k higher right out of the gate (3 other dealerships). Maybe you all need to reevaluate how you do business.
