    I took my 2003 350Z in for a driver-side window motor replacement. I believe I was grossly overcharged. Part of the blame rests with me for not getting... and approving a detailed estimate before service began, however I expected a reasonable price having had my vehicle serviced there before. The total was $842 and after a $75 "discount" the final price was $767 and some change. I requested an itemized receipt showing parts, labor and taxes, but have not received one. I checked with several other Nissan dealers and Prestige Nissan Tiffany Springs was, on average, $200 dollars higher than most of them and more than $100 higher than their Lees Summit location.

    I just bought a 2019 Rogue and the dealership says they can't find the second key. This IS a big deal.. The keys have to be programmed and they are expensive.... The car is great but buy one somewhere else and don't leave until you have two keys as promised.
