Vroom - Get It Delivered Nationwide

I purchased my car from vroom in September and I’m still without a tag today 3/28/2022. But yet I’m having to pay car notes and take chances on my cdl license all because vroom is very unprofessional and never have anyone who can resolve matters. The reps can only create tickets that no one actually take action on. Managers never call back this whole experience has been a nightmare. I don’t even want the car or anything that deals with vroom.

Well over a month in after they changed the delivery date several times, we decided to cancel. They flat out said they had no idea when our car would even leave. We are 9 days in to cancelling and can not get a hold of anyone. Starting to think I may be losing $36,000. They promise to call you back and never follow through. They have our money and we have no car. Really hoping this gets resolved soon, as this was a large investment for us and all we want is our money back.

The whole process was great! There are a lot of cars to look at, they have a good number of filters you can apply to help you find a car (I would suggest just a few more filters, like Trim, Packages, maybe a whole list of items on a car). Also, I would strongly suggest more pics. I chose a vehicle based on pics. And unfortunately, what I thought I was looking at was not what was really there. I screwed up and ordered the WRONG CAR! DOH! Yeah, pretty stupid on my part. Customer Service could have been better. The Sales Rep was Top Notch. But then after that CS was kinda so so. Delivery Support should probably stay open while an actual delivery is being made. When I called at 9:26PM (for an 8-11PM delivery window) to find out where my driver was I got a recording that they were closed. I just wanted to get an idea if the delivery was going to happen that night. As it turned out, it didn't. The driver texted me at 10:30 and told me to look for him tomorrow. I do recommend Vroom. I would just warn people to be absolutely sure about what you are getting. The item I wanted "Auto Brake Hold" was not available on the Ultimate Trim unless it had the "Tech Package". :( Oh well.
