I bought a used 2019 Toyota 4Runner TRD Off-Road Premium from Vroom. It was a rental previously and I was a little nervous about that but it has been... AWESOME so far. Great, easy experience and the car was delivered in 10 days from my initial inquiry. Would highly recommend doing it this way versus going to a dealership.

First time online buyer...great experience even though I was a little leery. Best price I could find for the car I wanted. Kept it simple...no financing... or trade-in and everything went smoothly.

USAA is my auto insurance company, and I used the auto buying guide on their website to find the used Toyota Tacoma that I desired, and for which I would... pay cash. The vehicle that had most of what I wanted was listed by Vroom, so I decided to give it a try. Not only did I end up purchasing the truck from Vroom, but they also accepted my old Tacoma as a trade in, and gave me a fair deal on it. This somewhat complex transaction proceeded speedily and without hiccups. I should also say that although my truck suffered some roof damage in transport to my home (which was the fault of the transport driver contracted by Vroom), Vroom was quick to approve funds for a full repair at a certified body shop. Transport damage not withstanding, I am very happy with the condition of my slightly used Tacoma.

I am so glad that I purchased my vehicle from Vroom! No commissions for sales people. The price was listed $1000 below another vehicle at a dealer close... to my home that actually had less miles (which really proves that local dealerships rip you off). The customer service reps were very informative and I barely ever waited on hold. The delivery process was very good and seamless and I actually got my car to days before the estimated delivery date. And to top it all off the car came with practically brand new tires which provided me an additional savings that I was not expecting but very pleasantly surprised to see.
