Being a boomer I was a little skeptical about purchasing a car on line but after spending three hours at a car dealer talking about a car I didn't want... I was ready to try anything. I am a Motörhead and had a very specific hard to find car in mind. Carvana was the perfect solution. I found exactly what I wanted on line and four days later it was delivered to my house. The driver completed all the paperwork, went through the car with us and let us go for a test drive before he loaded up our trade in and left us with a shiny new to us ride. Seven days later we got our registration via FedEx overnight. The easiest car buying experience ever! Why would anyone go anywhere else. I know I won't.
From start to finish the process was smooth and I am thoroughly impressed. I'm not a fan of the "dealership" experience. This car buying experience Was... the best by far.

Buying process was fairly easy. There were a few things needed that weren't indicated at first (it makes more sense to tell buyers EVERYTHING they'll need... to upload rather than calling them 3-4 times for it) but even with that, the whole process took less time than buying at a dealership. I was able to pick up my car at the Kansas City vending machine. The guys at that beautiful KC facility are great. The vending machine experience was amazing. The car looked brand new. I couldn't even find the scratches listed on the website as imperfections. I'm 8 days in and still very, very happy with my purchase. I would and have recommended Carvana to family and friends. It's a fast, painless, easy, no pressure, haggle-free process; basically the opposite of what you get at a dealership.

It was the simplest and nosy gratifying way to purchase a car that o have had to date! When I needed help, everyone was so helpful, and I got exactly what... I was looking for! And when I got my car and food it was kissing something from the description, they did not even hesitate to help me make it right! I don't recall everyone's name that helped me, but they all made my experience great!
I had my pickup scheduled for November 18. It had been scheduled for this date for at least a week. The morning I was supposed to pick up my Mazda CX-5,... I received an email saying my pick-up was delayed and I wouldn't be able to get it until November 23. I was relying on having my car, so I was forced to get a rental until the 23rd. The last minute rental cost $210. Carvana would only reimburse me $150--after my 7 day trial period. It was your mistake, Carvana should have fronted the whole cost without me calling several times to ask about it. And speaking of calling, I called 5-6 times and put myself on the wait list to be called back. Not once were any of those phone calls returned. Also, one of the customer service reps said that they would set up an Uber for me from returning the rental to the vending machine. I never received the email for this. Just something else that you should have paid for and didn't. When I finally picked up my car, I did have a gift basket waiting for me for the mix-up. While that was very nice, having my rental covered would have been more impressive than a $10 blanket and some M&M's. I should have just canceled my purchase after I received that email. Because 10 days later I got T-boned and the car was totaled. I was obviously not meant to have that car.
Without question the professionalism and ease of use made my transaction perfect ... I would definitely recommend Carvana and feel they can be trusted... to make good on their word.
After getting a low-ball offer as a trade-in from the dealer, I checked around with car buying services and Carvana offered a much better price than the... rest. The process was easy and although you can do it all online, I had a rep (Cooper) help me through the process and he was fantastic. No pressure and very helpful. I will certainly use Carvana again in the future.
