Dropped my jeep off for 3 recalls and they needed to keep it over night; which did not bother me. When I went to pick my jeep up the following day the rear window in the soft top was completely mangled and appeared like someone tried to break in to my jeep. Also there was a half smoked black and mild left on my center console near me e-brake. I do not smoke so finding that was very frustrating and my jeep still smells like nasty tobacco. They had no mechanic there that could help me fix my rear window. We reviewed hours of camera footage and it revealed this had happened in there back lot while in possession of my jeep. They offered me nothing but an oil change which I gladly declined because I do not want them keeping my jeep again. They couldn’t even provide me a detail or anything to clean up the ashes and the smell in my vehicle. Will not be back and don’t reccomend you either.
