I had a nightmare with my 2024 Ram 3500 since Jan 22,
I had a nightmare with my 2024 Ram 3500 since Jan 22, 2025. The problem started in Auburn Wa at the Ram dealership doing a botched warranty repair on the truck. Ram customer care was involved from day one and after 2 months they said all done fly out and get your truck. Picked truck up and barely got back to TN with numerous warning lights and check engine light on. Took to Harpers where I purchased the truck from and they were the only ones to step up and go out of their way to make things right with the truck even though driving it back took it out of warranty. A big thanks to Scott and Tyler and Ricky in the truck dept and Cory in sales and to Bill the general mgr. They all stepped up to honor what Ram stands for with their trucks and their warranty. If your having a problem with your Ram be sure to stop in and see Scott and go ahead and tell him Duane sent you.

I took my 2018 Ram 3500 in for two recall items on the
I took my 2018 Ram 3500 in for two recall items on the truck. One was for the hydraulic brake controller replacement (ABS errors) and the other one was the 67A emissions, truck engine calibration. The ABS error appears to be corrected, however the truck engine calibration (67A) recall was disappointing. My truck is now sluggish on initial acceleration and simply does not have the power on take-off that it did before this engine calibration. I do not view this as a technician problem but one of the required 67A emissions recall. I wish this recall (67A) had never been performed. The staff of the dealership was pleasant to deal with--I do not blame them for this issue.

I came in to the service center to have a key fob
I came in to the service center to have a key fob programmed that my husband had ordered in a couple weeks before. Christine figured out The key fob should have been under warranty and made several phone calls trying to confirm. She went above and beyond to get me a Refund on the key fob! She was professional, kept me up-to-date on the status and was just a pleasure to work with. I will definitely ask for her anytime I have to have Service work done in the future.

My appointment was at 8:30 am on Wednesday morning.
My appointment was at 8:30 am on Wednesday morning. My vehicle was never looked at that day, and was asked to leave my car over night which I was fine with. However, despite getting a text update on Thursday stating still waiting on a technician to get available to diagnose the problem they were uncertain again if it would get looked at. Upon responding to their texts saying I will just come pick up the vehicle, that is when I finally sensed a sense of urgency on their end to get the car looked at. After looking at it and being told what time I was coming to pick the car back up, they then tried to keep it again over night to get everything back together. Disappointed in the fact I had an appointment at 8:30 am on Wednesday and they still dragged their feet until mentioning to come pick it up, and did not ensure they would have enough time to get put back together after starting the work on it. All In all they were able to get it back to me. The text updates were nice, but I feel as if the overall experience could have been much better.
