In 1991, Fletcher Jones Jr. purchased a Newport Beach Mercedes-Benz dealership and asked Garth Blumenthal, an experienced auto executive from South Africa, to manage it.
Then in 2014, Fletcher Jones Jr. partnered with Garth on a new Mercedes-Benz dealership in Temecula, California. They constructed a ground-up facility that looks more like an art museum than an automotive dealership.

Had a few issues on my new 144 Sprinter. Service advisor was Reza, He got it all fixed only wish he was there at the end to turn the vehicle over to me.
I must give the Service Manager credit. After my last visit to perform the map update, and nothing was actually done, he must have instructed my Service... Advisor to contact me and try to make things right. They offered a free complete detail of my car while they made another try. While the update wouldn't install and they are soliciting help from MB, at least they are trying. It's not that a mistake is made - we're all human - it's how that mistake is handled and corrected that shows if a company values a customer. Hopefully, MB will provide a solution and I'm willing to give everyone a chance for that to happen.
Sam truly cares about the satisfaction of his clients. He went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with an audio issue in the vehicle.
