They met me when I drove in at the car.

They met me when I drove in at the car. I explained what needed to be done. They offered me a loaner car which I didn’t need. Very friendly and professional. Brian texted me when it was done and everything worked out great.

Findlay has an exceptional service department.

Findlay has an exceptional service department. Mr Tucson began to show the check engine light in early Dec 2023. They did all the tests and after working with Corporate Hyundai techs to try to fix the problem a few times it was determined that the engine needed replacement. The service manager Bryan was courteous and informative during the entire process. He did his best to ensure that all aspects of my vehicle repair were taken care of as swiftly as could be done and made sure it was done properly. He and his staff are real professionals at what they do. Thanks so much!!. Would return to Findlay we any other problems. Sincerely, Yvette Melling

I recently purchased a New Hyundai Tucson Hybrid from Findlay Hyundai, St George, UT. This was the 5th Car that I purchased from this Dealership! The best way I can describe my experience is this: When Tom Peters and Robert Waterman wrote the book "In Search of Excellence" which highlights Companies that combine Great Customer Service and a Superior Product they must have had Christian, Jason, Walt and Findlay Hyundai in mind. The Sales Representative Christian Vallejo was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and above all did not "pressure me" into making any decisions on what car I should purchase. The General Sales Manager Jason Dasilva and the Finance Manager Walt Rodgers were also friendly, professional and proficient Managers. Findlay Hyundai should be very proud to have such wonderful representatives who are indeed an asset to their company.
