Excellent experience buying my dream car

From begining to end of purchasing my new car my experience was wonderful. Starting with Chanel who was the internet advisor. She returned all my calls in a timely manner without being annoying. She was instrumental in getting me the best price for my Corvette. From here I dealt with Jason who did all the rest. He went above and beyond with the delivery and explaining to me all the gadgets in my new car.. he even showed me how to use my phone. Last but not least Michael the manager who did not try and sell me anything I didnt need. Great experience at Chevrolet of Englewood

efficient, courteous

Had a slow leak in the right rear tire..They found i not only had one puncture but two. Addressed the issue effectively and were courteous.

Efficient and pleasant

Salesman Ed was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. Answered all of our questions and then some. The whole process was quite painless and straight forward. Love the car !

Engine light

Luis Cuevas was professional and engaging. I have only serviced my car at Englewood and it over 10 years old. I like the service I received.

Nicely done

Went to the dealer . Negotiation was transparent, the way i like it. Didnt take long. Bought car straight. Simple and objective. Would do it again. Thanks guys

The sale person lie to me at the end I took the car but

He did not respect the deal even we shake hands he replace my insurance and after that surprise the monthly payments are higher and the financial assistant was so nasty

Too Many Hands

I had an appt for a recall and was told on the phone it would only take 5 mins and even went into details of what had to be done, I got there and was told it would take over an hour and my appt was for 2:00 not 3:30 like I was told over the phone. I gave the customer service rep the day and time of the phone call so she could go back to the tape to listen bc I know what I was told. I had to leave early from work for this. I had to reschedule which meant I had to leave early another day. For my first time going to this dealership it was dealt a very bad impression but when I finally did go back everything was fine. People were very nice to me and service was great..

Satisfied customer

My son purchased a 2018 Terrain and was satisfied. He suggested i buy the same truck. He called the dealer Ed and i went in and liked what i saw and purchased the truck.

They had exactly the car I wanted on the lot.

They had exactly the car I wanted on the lot. No one else within a couple hundred miles had it. I didn't want to cave on color or features.

Experience was normal other than my 2 issues below.

There were 2 negatives during this visit. 1st my car is always washed, this time it was not. Also, the fluids in my car were not topped, I'm not sure if it's something that wasn't supposed to he done this time around.
