Volvo Cars Westport

This dealership has always been impressive. The staff (Kyle Watts) is a pro who treats his customers as he would want to be treated. While the Volvo is a fine automobile, Westport Volvo greatly enhances the Volvo ownership experience. How much? We purchased a Volvo largely due to the prospect of service at Westport Volvo. Any other car, however great, would fall short when service would be required at a dealership other than Westport Volvo.

My Volvo require a retuine service. Kyle expalined the services that needed to be performed and then explained that it would be a fairly expenive service (around $600). He was sensitive when expaining the needed service and associted cost. The service was performed timely and the car continues to perform as expected.

Nicole goes the extra mile to ensure my experience at is ALWAYS a positive one! A year ago I returned a loaner on a flatbed (it had been rear ended and severely damaged) ... when I arrived at Volvo of Westport with the "wrecked" V70XC her only concern was for my health/safety.

I was locked out of my 2002 Volvo V70 because the battery in my remote died and the locking mechanism in the driver door is broken. My husband called the Volvo of Westport service department to see if they could assist me. The service department had just closed but Robert and Dan drove over to meet me in the Trader Joe's parking lot. Robert was able to jimmie the door open in less than thirty seconds and I was back on the road again! This was better than AAA roadside service. I did not purchase my Volvo wagon from Volvo of Westport but have been using their service department since 2005. The dealership employees are professional, courteous, and accommodating.

My experiences with Volvo of Westport for auto service have been very good. Kyle Watts, Service Manager, is knowledgeable, honest, efficient and curtious. I would definitly recommend this dealership for Volvo service and Kyle Watts to manage any auto service need or repair.

Volvo has been my car of choice for many years now and I have dealt with several dealerships in different locations. There were three different ones in N.C. and two in M.D., none of which compare to the accomodating service I have received in Westport, Ct. Kyle has been especially great, he always seems to find a reasonalbe solution to any problem that comes up ...even in unreasonable situations. Last minute unannounced/unpredictable service problems are handled even on the craziest of days. Somehow, even when there are no loaner cars available, things are juggled around and he makes it work. I do receive calls to keep me informed of progress or problems that may arise. The entire staff has been great. When I used to wait for service on my car, (I was in school for two years) they offered me a place where I could study and have coffee to drink. It is always a fun and personalbe experience at Volvo of Westport. Thanks everyone.

Every time that I have called to get my car in for anything Kyle is always accomodating, friendly and professional. Its what keeps me coming back to Volvo of Westport. Keep up the fabulous work Kyle you deserve recognition for all you do.

Nicole has handled both my service issues. She is friendly and efficient, and made them both excellent experiences. i highly recommend the dealership and the service department.

Nicole , plus the service department have been very helpful to me and my wife . great service and getting things done before many trips we take often (we have family out of town) always fixed things fast ..or got us in for a quick oil change . Nicole has a great personality and goes out of her way to help ..plus the guys in the back are great too we also bought our s40 at westport volvo
