Never again!!!!

All they want to do is line their pockets!!!!!! Do your homework or they will take advantage of you!! I would not recom this dealership to no one!!!!

Excellent buying experience.

What a great buying experience. All of the employees were friendly and courteous. They went out of their way to help put my son in the used car he wanted. They all seem to love what they do and have fun doing it. Just observing how they interacted with each other at the end of a sales day just cemented that point with me.

Car purchase /Service

This is by far the best dealership to get a vehicle from and have it serviced. It’s the best of both worlds. Straight forward sales and customer service when your car needs to be serviced! This is the only dealership I’ll let handle my car!

Disappointed

Promised to put me in touch with someone to fix a large fender scratch. NO! Said that they performed a complete inspection on the car and replaced the filter, battery, tires and rotation. I noticed that some of the front light don't work and one is facing wrong direction. I've only owned this car for 2 months and the car was not starting, radio and clock kept going down and upon inspection, the battery was not charging. I called and spoke with a sales manager and told him about the battery, he said that, "I could have left the lights on! The right rear view mirror keeps catching on something and will not move when backing up. I noticed a drawn white X mark on the windshield and also noticed tiny chip marks when the sun was directly on the glass. I also noticed the same drawn white X mark on the back glass. I was told the car was detailed inside and out and that they gave me a tank of gas. None of these promises were carried out. I found a descusting napkin of I don't know what, tucked inside the back flap.. I am disappointed and have 0 trust in this dealership. I work many hours and I was looking forward to enjoying this car. Are you treated the same if you are buying a used car vurses a new car from them?

Wonderful!

The service I received was wonderful. From delivery of a loaner vehicle to fixing the problem without hassel...it was a great experience! Brandon was extremely helpful and informative when explaining the problem with my Murano. Even though the Clearwater dealership is closer (1/2 hr away) I will drive the extra 20 minutes to go to this dealership. I highly recommend the service manager, Brandon and the service department at Wesley Chapel Nissan.

Wassim ElRefai is Great!

Wassim and the staff at Wesley Chapel Nissan are great. Wassim is not a pushy salesman at all. Really nice guy that wants to help you buy the right car.

SUPER JOB

We left Tampa with little hope of getting a car, we went to Westley Chapel Nissan and boy did we come to the right place. Jason was great, he worked to get us the best deal ever. Happy with my new Sentra

I bought a used Nissan Altima back in 2015 from Wesley Chapel Nissan and it was time for a new vehicle. I have never owned a new car, I have always bought used. I went into the dealership on September 2nd not knowing if I was going to have to get another used car or if I was able to get a new one. My salesperson was Jonathan Montoya and he was amazing. He was very personable. He asked what was I looking for and that is exactly what he showed me. He didn't pressure me into something else just because of the sticker price. He made the entire process great. He has even texted me a couple days after to check to see if everything is good and how was I liking my new car. That kind of customer service if scarce now a days. Jonathan Montoya has gained a repeat customer.
