Living a horrific nightmare and constant runaround. Begin with a scam and graduated to loss of trust.

I was utterly failed by the service department and then also by the GM. These people will get you in a new car but after that they don't care. They lied straight to my face right after apologizing about the first mistake! Waste of time and I regret ever stepping foot at this dealership!

SCAM ALERT. They offer an online price but when you come in, it’s 18% higher. Bait and switch. Sleezy salesmen as well as dishonest managers who will say anything to get you to sign. Then comes the $4k “non-negotiable accessories package”. Window tint, wheel locks, lojack and nitrogen in tires. That is serious. They were denying a warranty claim to a couple next to us while we were negotiating as well. I wouldn’t trust anything South Houston Nissan tells you. Stay away

If I could give a -0 I Would!! I got a Dodge Durango from them back in Sept 2024 it has been in and out of the shop ever since. I have probably had it for 3 weeks total. I make monthly payments, Nissan has given it to Dodge and they also can’t n figure it out. Buyer beware I believe they knew this truck had problems when they sold it. I am so frustrated

I visited this dealership based on a Carfax listing that showed a very good price. After driving an hour to get there, I was told the price included multiple discounts (dealer, military, student, and Nissan employee) and that I was only eligible for a $500 student discount, making the actual price $31,500 from $23700. This deceptive pricing tactic felt like a blatant attempt to lure customers. To make matters worse, the staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. If I could, I would give them negative stars.

This dealership deserves zero stars. Bait and switch scam. The advertise a vehicle online at a fair price and then confirm your appointment and confirm it is available as you are on your way to see it. then they say it is sold once you get there. These people are a waste of time.
