Advertised price is xxxxxxxx. Drove over 2 hours for a vehicle Added $7000 in mark up. Would not do buisness unless vehicle is new. Used car side is unprofessional.

Pathetic! As many others have stated, false advertising. Made appointment to see a Kona listed at $18,991 on their website. Drove an hour and a half to get there. When I got there the gentleman that I was told to see was nowhere to be found. The car was out front, so I had a look. First thing I see is the dealer addendum sticker for $3,995. Opened up the car and although it was clean, it smelled like an ashtray. The online advertising is a scam. The negotiating point is not the price you see online. They will negotiate the $4,000 add-ons that cost them next to nothing. Only positive takeaway is Raoul was a nice guy and didn't apply any high pressure sales tactics but I'd never go back to these dishonest dealers again.

Scam!!!!!! I Went yesterday to buy a used audi, listed for 42k on their website. Drove an hour to purchase car. Arrived got to paperwork and they added 10k worth of BS crap like window tint, under car rust proof etc…..and lowered Trade in value by half from agreed price also. guys in finance office came out trying to convince me that it was still a good deal. xxxxxx bags

I had the worst experience,don't waste your time going thru this dealership. The salesman treat you as it though you are bothering them. They don't return calls, do not follow up with what they promise. The total worst. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!

As the other reviews say, They are falsely advertising lower prices with out mentioning their thousands of dollars in dealer add ons. Waste of time!

Prices listed online are NOT accurate. Drove 4 hours to see a USED vehicle and when I got there the price of the USED vehicle was $7k-$8k more than posted online due to “dealer add-ons”. Shady business ethics. They tried to low ball me on my trade because the check engine light was on, however when they showed me the USED vehicle (with dealer “add-ons”) I drove 4 hours to look at, it didn’t even start and had to be jump started just to be test driven. Waste of time.

Well, very disappointed.... when you look for a vehicle, you are expecting the price up-front, I went to check a Hyundai palisade (calligraphy- top of the line) when I got to the dealer, then be prepared for a $4,300 extra in GPS tracking ($1,300), and ($3,000) in extra stuff that supposedly they put in the car,....... why put anything extra..... this car is the top of the line????? so, advise my friends, do not go to this place we went from an advertised price of 42,991 to $50,000. P.S. car has a damage (repaired) no reported on the R/H fwd passenger door.

The service department was great! Damian was very helpful, explained everything concerning my car and I was taken care of very quickly! The prices are also reasonable.

went in to purchase a vehicle. sticker price was $32,998 + TTL. ready to close the deal for the drive out price and theres a $3,995 fee. for what i dont know. never heard of that.

I spoke to a sales manager and was told the all there vehicles have dealer ad ons totaling over $5,000. This kind of false advertising should be addressed by the state legislature. Just brutal dishonesty
