While owners come and go, the staff is what makes the service level remain at a high plateau, especially for repeat owners of MB vehicles, like ourselves Fair and consistent care for the customer is more than obvious. The new service manager's presence was apparent in the service area, although we have not met her. Even though there are new faces, we continue to see Juan Hernandez, Priscilla and Rachel who greet all, not just us with a friendly demeanor.
