We're excited to be opening our doors to the Sterling Virginia community as part of the Dulles Auto Park and the great Washington DC Metro area. A refreshing experience

I appreciated that I was treated like a human being--too often, car buying is an experience in misogyny, and there was none of that with your team. There was no pressure, either, and overall it was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I've ever had. Sayed and Jamie were a delight to work with.

Go see Austin Nadir and Jesse

To say that Austin and Nadir provided excellent customer service does not even describe my most recent experience here! After trying to find a vehicle that met my desires during a national inventory shortage we ultimately decided to order a 2021 Hydro Blue Gladiator and was provided by far the BEST pricing within 250 miles of Northern Virginia. I was able to have all the packages I wanted out the door for less than what other dealers were trying to provide for a base model. My sales team was amazing at answering any of my odd questions (like the width between seats so I could order crates for my dogs) and calmed me down from the stress of trying to have them ship a vehicle in elsewhere! I swore I was not going to enroll within an extended warranty, and would purchase one after my 3 year/36000 miles was up. Jesse in Finance did not at only truly explain the differences between no vs later, he also ensure that certain components on my vehicle would be covered that I knew I was concerned over. Jesse is upfront and honest! NOT AT ONE POINT did I experience the pushy "sales man" mentality representation from these three team members and did not have them try to upsell a vehicle or package! I experienced a turn around of service compared to when I had looked a year ago, and could not be happier with the team members Austin, Nadir, and Jesse at Brown's CDJR!
