I had an excellent experience.

I had an excellent experience. I came an hour early and they were about to accommodate me. I left my vehicle for a small repair, oil change and tire rotation as well as a full detail. Everything was done in 3 hours and the check in and check out process was seamless with Manny.

All of my car seats were taken out without permission or

All of my car seats were taken out without permission or even notification. If it was necessary for the recall that's fine, but I was unaware and had to make last minute accommodations due to how my car was left. There were also oil/grease marks all over the ceiling fabric of my vehicle when I picked up the car, as if someone didn't clean their hands before touching the sun visors.

The sales manager NOR THE carsales person called me to

The sales manager NOR THE carsales person called me to say hey WEVE SOLD THE CAR YOU ARE INTERESTED IN!!!!!!! NO COMMUNICATION NOR WAS HE OR THE SALE LADY COMPASSIONATE ENOUGH TO APOLOGIZE AND SAY CAN ER HELP YOU LOOK FOR SOMETHING ELSE!!!!!! NOT TO MENTION WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE LOT TO TEST DRIVE THEY DIDNT HAVE IT CHARGE SO I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD CALL ME AFTER IT WAS SERVICE(BATTERY ISSUE) I CALL BACK THE NEXT DAY AND THEY SAID WE SOLD IT!!!!!!!!!! soon as he got it back from service dept! WHEN THEY KNEW I REALLY WANTED THIS CAR!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOT THEY NOT WHO U THINK THEY ARE!!!!!
