Great dealer!

Great dealer! Nice inventory, the service was good. No pressure. Everything was efficient and quick, also transparent. I would definitely buy a car there again.

I purchased a vehicle in August 2023, a 2011 Subaru

I purchased a vehicle in August 2023, a 2011 Subaru Legacy, advertised in "Great" Condition. The morning of the purchase we were told the car had an oil change. Within less than 72 hours and 50 miles driving, the vehicle was overheating and the radiator was leaking. The Owner would not respond and had the salesperson tell us to take it to their recommended mechanic near them. A mechanic with a low online rating and over 55 minutes from where I live. I took the vehicle to my trusted mechanic and it was repaired for almost 800.00 and then within a day it continued to overheat, and I had to invest 3,100.00 for a new head gasket replacement in addition to the radiator. HRA's only response is that I test-drove it twice and it was an as-is contract. Do not buy a vehicle from this dealer unless you have it inspected by your own mechanic. They have no integrity and there are more reviews like mine at the Better Business Bureau and online. I even contacted the MD AG's office and the owner offered no restitution for the repairs and only recited the same response "She test-drove it twice and purchased it as is". He has never once addressed that their salesman stated it had been serviced and had the oil changed that morning and why their mechanic didn't see a cracked radiator, rusted and leaking (which was its condition according to my mechanic). So there was either no oil change, or the oil change was done by idiots or there was an oil change and they saw the low coolant and leak and temporarily fixed it with stop leak product or just filled up the radiator enough to pass the sale.

Very happy with my vehicle

2007 Toyota highlander hybrid

Everyone there was very customer friendly. The car i purchased drives beautifully and I've logged 1000 miles in less than a month. I have owned 4 hybrids and the 2007 Toyota highlander hybrid i got from High Rated Auto drives like a new car. I will be checking their inventory if i decide to purchase anothe r used vehicle.

Bought a car 6 months ago its a lemon

Bought a Lexus Rx 350 6 months ago engine went up on it already now stuck with it..be careful buying used cars..never know what's in store a few months down the road...a LEMON in my case..
