This is the third vehicle I've had detailed here.

This is the third vehicle I've had detailed here. The attention to detail, courtesy, good service & just overall pleasant people I've encountered have made me a regular customer. They really are a full service dealership. It's nice to find reasonable prices, expedient service, & most importantly honest people to deal with.

As a first-time car buyer, I couldn't have asked for a

As a first-time car buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better experience than working with DeAngelo Lunsford. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly explain how everything works and making sure I understood each step. DeAngelo was hands-on in helping me browse, test drive, and ultimately choose the right vehicle for my needs. His communication was excellent, and his friendly, professional demeanor made the whole experience stress-free. What really stood out was that he made sure the car was fully inspected, serviced, and in great shape before handing it off to me. That extra care gave me peace of mind. He truly went above and beyond to help me find the best deal on a car that fits me perfectly. If you're planning to visit Greensboro Auto Center, especially if you're a first-time buyer, I highly recommend asking for DeAngelo Lunsford.

Was told my offer price was "unattainable", even though

Was told my offer price was "unattainable", even though the vehicle had been sitting on the market for at least 65 days with no sale and several price adjustments. The reality was that the salesperson and I were really only about $977 dollars apart from where they should be currently at after two months on the market with two monthly price adjustments and the actual current value of the vehicle. I don't know and didn't ask how much the dealer acquired the vehicle for but typically dealers still make profit even if they sold a car at private party value since they acquire these used cars via auctions and trade in. which both of those scenarios bode well for dealer profits come selling time. Lastly i did have to ask twice for a Vehicle History Report because i wanted to see what recondition the dealer did or did not do prior to listing, but instead received a Carfax report the first time which is not the same thing. My last communication with the dealer I still did not receive the document that I asked for, yet did respond to all my other inquiries....

Sold my car needed to close on a new home

Sold my Subaru Cross Trek in the fall of 2021. They paid me a more than fair price, offered about $1700 than Subaru offered and had a check ready for me that day. WinWin by everyone, quality results and a great overall experience
