I got an appointment easily and quickly. Everyone who works there is kind, polite, and professional. I appreciate that very much because polite customer service is something that is disappearing in our society. They also have a nice clean area to wait in as your car is being serviced with comfortable seating, television and fresh coffee.

I took a GMC Sierra 2024 to check an oil leak on the
I took a GMC Sierra 2024 to check an oil leak on the driver side power running board. I was initially told that it wasn't possible to happen because there isn't oil in that part. I left the truck there for them to inspect. Then, I was told it was ready, but is still leaking and my driveway has now multiple oil stains. I got a text message to thank me for the business and to contact them if I had question. I sent the picture of my driveway with stains and got no response.

Basically I looked at the car it seemed like it has some
Basically I looked at the car it seemed like it has some issues so I asked the salesman if I could get it checked out by a mechanic and he agreed. I drove 45 min the next day to take the car and get it checked by mechanic and the salesman was not there. The manager then explained that they do not allow the cars to leave the lot. I waited over 30min for the manager to explain this. When I left the dealer, I texted the salesman to explain what just happened. The manager or the salesman never responded.
