This was my first contact with South Shore Mini. Very courteous staff and generally very professional. That said, picking up my new Mini took from 9... am to 5:45 pm, the last four hours of which were at the dealership. The delays were caused by lack of communication between my insurance company, the dealership, and the buyer. The delays could and should have been avoided. Other comments: When I opened the trunk for the first time, three of the four license plate screws fell out. The dealer gave us a pair of socks as a gift to a new Mini owner. Socks? Really? I've been given lots of dealer gifts through the years upon purchasing a car: Insulated coffee cups; bottles of wine on the driver's seat; road atlases; key fobs etc, but socks was a not to be forgotten first. I introduced myself to the Service Manager and was impressed, but was both disappointed and surprised that the Sales Manager avoided my efforts to say hello. Overall, my impression was that the dealership is quite competent but that the customer interface and communication could be improved.

A special thank you to Lindsie Galarneau for all her help with the lease of my new Mini! I was very apprehensive with the thought of having to lease my... new car on my own. I just loved working with her and to all woman out there, Lindsie is the "Go To" girl!! Lindsie is by far the most outstanding car salesperson I have EVER had the pleasure of working with. Her personality, knowledge, and ability to pre-plan my transaction comforted me and to say the least this was an enjoyable and educational experience! I love my new MIni and I am so happy I bought British racing green and I really enjoy my standard 6 speed! Zoom! Zoom! Oh and don't let me forget Rachel Moses the Business Manager for making the paperwork a breeze! You have a customer for life!

Always great service. My car was washed, And they even washed my floor mats! Now that's first class service! We returned our leased BMW to them and it... was a smooth process. Will be getting our future cars from South Shore.

I was told the vehicle was “missing” from their lot at the last minute (and they didn’t even know what’s the issue) when I was heading to their store,... with just a notice message without any kind of apology.

Ordered touch up paint for car 2 weeks before appt. , and even more absurd when I got there they told me they had it.upon checking out they didn't even... check to see if they had it.they never ordered.they say they can't even mail it to me.they haven't even called me yet to apologize . Wouldn't you think manager or someone would call.I spent over $1000.00 at appt.

MINI South Shore is simply the best dealer in USA. Just get there and every expectation you may have will be exceeded. Only real professionals work there,... my respect to such a competent Sales Team, great job Alex and Luigi. I spent 4 months looking for the right MINI from west to east coast and only MINi South Shore was able through their Professionals to offer me the perfect solution, within 24 hrs I was driving back home with best MINI in the area.
