So I'll start this by being honest my credit isn't the best, so for that I do have fault in. ALSO, the sales man that helped us has no fault in this, he was really good! So my husband and I were looking at a Bolt that they had in their lot. We were told if we couldn't get a different cosighner we would need 1000 to 1500 down for the car(we were both trying to buy). So I pulled a loan out of my retirement fund, my 401K, 1810 to be exact as a down payment. We were then told by Cami that we would need only 1400. Regardless we had the money. We Sent them over what they needed for the loan, my husband left work early, we drove an hour (my husband two hours since he drove an hour home from work) to their dealership AGAIN and were told our vehical was sold 2 hours prior and that they couldn't get us a loan on any other bolt in the lot. (Keep in mind we still have the 1800 at this point). We pushed and tried for something and the best they were going to do was give us $20 for our inconvenience. We did everything we could to get a loan and practically got told to go F**k ourselves.and we also did everything we were told. And keep in mind here's the time of how this all went today. At 12 pm I told then we had the 1810 down payment and told them we would be there at 6pm. Then I sent the information they asked for at 2:30pm keep in mind that car was still there. We got off work, got there and got told sorry it sold AFTER confirming we had everything needed. During the process we had to keep getting in contact with Cami and Julie no one reached out to us. No one informed me or my husband the car sold, their excuse was they were busy and sold 9 cars. Well I work in a warehouse and shipped out 300+ orders via ups and hand typing in the addresses in an 8 hour day and I made time to contact them still. (And let me tell you like anyone who works in a warehouse will tell you typing out 100 to 300 ups orders while invocing them and being a material handler while being on your feet all day is just as busy if not busier then selling 9 cars). Needless to say, we are not pleased, and if you can try not to use this dealership, their financial department is horrible and will screw you over very quickly andnoffer $20 as compensation for your troubles. They also do not take deposits on vehicles so if you do come here and don't get it same day don't expect them to help you out. We are livid!

My daughter bought a used car from Victory Smithville

My daughter bought a used car from Victory Smithville recently. Her sales representative Mike was a quality human being and treated her with integrity and honesty. It turned out the car had a mechanical issue. The folks in the repair department immediately loaned her a car and took her car back and fixed it without question. The repair department actually called me directly to apologize for not originally catching the problem before selling the car. The gentleman I spoke to was kind, respectful and appeared to want nothing but our complete satisfaction. Our experience with Victory Smithville has been excellent. I recommend them without hesitation.

I never leave reviews, good or bad.

I never leave reviews, good or bad. I read a few and figured it was a fluke.. I was wrong. The customer service sucked. At the end of the transaction they insisted on adding a $998 “dealer fee”. Come to find out, half of it was some add on for tracking stolen vehicles. After driving 3.5 hours to pick up a $32k vehicle, it was obvious it had been wrecked and poorly repaired. THE DOOR WAS A DIFFERENT COLOR SHADE OF PAINT!! The manager and salesperson “couldn’t see it”. I’m colorblind and it’s obvious. Not to mention the melted holes in the dash and bondo that never got blended. I’d be happy to share pictures!! What a JOKE! I’ve never in my life ran across such crooked people. These people should be ashamed. I don’t know how they sleep at night.

I will never buy from this place again!

Worst purchase I've ever made by far have had nothing but problems with the 2013 Chevy that I bought from them out of my 30-day temp tag 25 of them were spent in the freaking shop fixing problems after problems. They gave me the truck back with a xxxx plug in the tire!! I can't open my door now because the f****** door handle fell off. It's still making noises, literally the worst purchase I've ever made in my life.

Buyer Beware

Please beware of getting any type of warranty from this dealership. We cancelled the warranty as we were looking at getting a new car. We filled out the paperwork to cancel it end of January and we are still waiting for our money. The loan was paid off in mid-February so no, it’s not with the loan company. We called the warranty company and they stated it was cancelled within 3 days of receiving the paperwork and they sent the notice back to Victory as they handled the refund. We called and left 2 messages with no return call. We emailed and no return email either. I had to write a message on Facebook to them stating I would file a complaint before ANYONE got back to us. They stated they were sorry and would take care of it immediately. They called back and stated one check was mailed out on Monday the 13th and the other would be mailed out the 16th. We are now at the 23rd and no mail has been received. So, I reached out again to see when they were mailed or if they could stop payment and overnight as this was getting out of hand. THEY JUST TOLD ME THEY WERE MAILED ON TUESDAY THE 21ST!!! This is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE as that is our money. Not only have they been sitting on it since late January, early February, they lied about when the checks were mailed. I honestly believe had we not continually reached out and then threatened to file a complaint with the BBB that they would have NEVER sent the money back to us. This is called STEALING!!!! Please run away from this dealership or at least don’t get any of their warranties unless you know for sure you won’t cancel any of them as you won’t get your money back.

All around amazing experience.

All around amazing experience. The buying experience with Marking Daniels and Jason Spiek was fantastic. They were very accommodating and easy to do business with. I purchased a used truck...a few weeks later, there were some fairly expensive issues uncovered. Despite me declining the warranty at the time of purchase, they bent over backwards to make it right; I was blown away. The service adviser, John was very easy to work with. I highly recommend doing business with these folks!
