Service
Went in for oil change and tire rotation. After paying, left facility realizing gm points was not used to credit my bill. Turned around and went back, corrected the mistake, thank you. Guess it was a bad day.

Upon arrival I was told by the gentleman working the lane without an appointment I most likely could not be helped. I went inside and spoke with the lady service writer, a totally different attitude. She was more than happy to help me, did so and had me taken care of in about an hour. Being from out of town she impressed me. Thank you!

Jenkins Chevy Service
Being a snowbird leaving Ft. Myers area heading to MA towing trailer behind my 2018 Traverse the alternator failed. Did a google search and found Jenkins Chevy only 9 miles away in Venice. Arrived at 6:45 waited until 7:30 for service dept. to open. I was brought in immediately, they confirmed it was a bad alternator. Not having an alternator in stock they found one at another dealer 60 miles away. They immediately sent Bobby a service rep out to get it. They had me out by noon. They could not have been nicer and more helpful. I wish all car dealers could accommodate their customers as well as Jenkins. Cam and Bobby are top notch. Thank you Cam and Bobby, David Rossi, Boston

Good times.
Only gripe I have is with the web site scheduling tool. Still has my engine as a 4.8 liter when in truth I have the 5.3 model. Also when they sent the reminder e mail it went to my wifes e Mail address? No clue how that could even happen. I am certain that a few tweaks on the web site will make everyones life much happier!

I have been using Bill Buck Chevrolet since 2014 after I moved to North Port from Central Fla. Bill Buck done all service work on my 2001 Tahoe I bought from Cecil Clark Chevrolet in September 01. That same year (2014) my girlfriend traded her VW Beetle at Sunset Chevrolet in Sarasota. All the service work on her Malibu was done at Bill Buck. This past summer I traded my Tahoe for a 2019 Silverado LD. My girlfriend traded her Malibu for a 2014 Equinox at Bill Buck as well. She had a sensor problem diagnosed and replace under warranty on her Equinox. We are both very satisfied with the change over to Jenkins.
