Oakes Mitsubishi

Complete scam. they just want to sell the car fast and don't think about the customer. The car I got here has a lot of problems, driver side window doesn't power up or down, the daytime running lights on the left headlight don't come on, and the mpg is amazingly low only 13. the heads up display is very inconsistent, comes and goes, etc etc. It would probably cost me $10,000 to fix this car. But they never mentioned anything about these conditions, and even made me pay for all the costs when I went to them to get it repaired.

Shares ALL information regarding the vehicle, financing and even came the NEXT DAY to my home to deliver the vehicle to me. I have NEVER had service like this in MY LIFE ANYWHERE for anything!!! I got my car serviced last week. When I was ready to leave I asked if they checked my brakes. They told me if there was anything wrong they would let me know. Two days later my brakes started grinding. I called asked about them all the man would tell me is that it would cost 600.00 to fix. i don't think I should not have to pay a darn thing due to the face they lied to me. I will never go back again.

I want to start off by saying that I hate car dealerships, the whole thing is stressful and off putting. However, in looking for my new Outlander I knew I'd have to go into one and boy was I surprised by Oakes Mitsubishi! We just recently bought 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander and it came with lifetime warranty. Larry the Manager at the dealership helped us with purchase, financing and delivery of the SUV. I just recently purchased 2022 Outlander, and Cody Hargrave was the salesperson who assisted me and my wife the whole process. Not only is he very polite, he is also very helpful and answered all our questions regarding the vehicle. Cody has my two thumbs up. Great job!

Had my 2019 Mirage in for oil change 7/25/22. 10:00 AM appointment. Car was finally done at 11:30. Asked about installing a factory remote start. Was told they could not install it. Also was told I had a nail in right front tire and wanted to know if I wanted it fixed. Said no that I had certificates from Discount tire for free tire service. Went to discount Tire and there was nothing wrong with any of my tires. When I got my car home I double checked your work. Oil was about one quart low. Drain plug was loose and leaking. Service reminder was not reset. Returned to Oakes because the sticker on my windshield said next service due 12/25/2022 or 34,700 miles. Car had 17,846 miles at oil change. 16,854 between oil changes? I don't think so. Got paper work fixed. If your "Techs" could not do a simple oil change, I am glad they said they could not do a factory remote start. Box says have installed a an Authorized Dealer. Guess that does not include Oakes Mitsubishi. I created some hard feelings at purchase time. Maybe this was payback.
