Went to just get an oil change and check my tire pressures on 8/16/25 and it was the worse mistake I ever made. When they said my car was ready, the recommended fluid to be changed, which I just done that a couple months prior at another Honda dealership. The stated my battery will be needing to be changed soon and it has half a battery life and that it’s not 911! When I went to my car all of a sudden, it’s hesitating to start, which has NEVER HAPPENED! I turned the car off and on 3 times with it still doing the same thing. I went back in and they pulled it around back, within 5 minutes they tell me my battery is bad and now I need to replace it. I called my husband up there and they told him the same thing. Now all of a sudden a “not 911 recommendation” is now 911??!! I believe they did something to drain my battery to get more money. I was able to get it turned over and take it some where else because now I have to get it changed. I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone as I already felt a certain way when I brought the car from them and they said I had the top notch warranty to only be told months later, I don’t!! They are very deceptive and I would not trust them with my car again and YOU SHOULD NOT EITHER!!!
