All Service advisers have been professional, courteous, and answered questions of concern about my vehicle. Facility is clean. Used Loaner car, adviser assisted with dashboard signals, seat and mirror adjustments, etc. For last 20 years, have owned Honda Accord and have service done at this location on Mt. Zion Road, Morrow, GA.

The service on this date was swift and great. I did not have a long wait time and the staff were diligent in assisting me.

No matter when I go to this dealership, customer service is excellent. Wait time isn't long at all and if there is quite a bit of a wait, they tell you upfront. Excellent service.

We had a great experience and Abby Fergueson at Willet Honda South has earned a lifetime customer. We came from Pensacola Fl. After dealing with our local shady, smoke and mirrors Honda dealership, we found the car on the internet and called Abby. I told her I wanted an out the door price before I would drive the 5+ hours. I didnt even negotiate the price, it was 5k less than my local dealership for the same car. We actually got the color we really wanted even thoug we would have settled at that price. Thanks Abby, hope to aee you for the next purchase.

Took my car in for an oil change and found out I had a recall that needed to be addressed and the wait was going to be 2 to 3 hours so I was offered a vechicial to drive until my car was ready. Staff was helpful and very nice. Definitely will keep taking my vechicial back and would recommend them to a friend.

Had to get a fuel injection and secure an oil leak...however, since my jobs ate out of town, Orlando, the representative who attended to the car, allowed me to get a loaner from Willet Honda. This was perfect for my situation!! My car never drove so smoothly before...and I travel around the southeastern region daily😅😅😅 Great job Orlando👍👍👍

From the moment I pulled on to the lot, talked to Ken, the service adviser, received a courtesy ride home, and returned to pick up my car, the excellent customer care was given. I would of liked more for my trade in and the intrest rate better. Al was a professional sales person will send him more customer.

Kelley did an excellent job taking care of me. She went above and beyond to satisfy her customer. Kelley offered a loaner car and when my insurance card was out of date she patiently waited for my insurance provider to email it and then printed an up to date card for me, all without my asking her to do any of the above mentioned services.
