Great experience here!

Great place! All of the staff are very informative, helpful and friendly! Julius helped me get into an awesome car. He was great to work with and he did all he could to help me get the right vehicle. Great place!

Awesome As Always

Initially I had called while I was out of town and made the mistake of letting them know I was going to be looking when I returned home. I got call after call after call to the point I had to block the numbers. I had told them I would contact them when I got back from Texas bc I KNEW I wanted a Ford and the dealership is by my house. They didn't need to constantly call me--they were going to have my business. But the day I went in with my husband, 8/28/17, I kinda had an idea of what I wanted. Obviously I had to make sacrifices in some places. But I was greeted immediately upon entering (y'all are vultures, lol) and taken to have a seat and discuss my wanting a new car. Robert helped us by the way. He did everything he could to get me what I wanted while not going over my budget (didn't really have a number--but when you hear a number you don't like, you just know.) We were able to stay in the mid $30k range. The main issue was not having one single Edge on the lot with black leather seating so I could get an idea of the inside. Besides the paperwork process, which I know is necessary, my experience was awesome. I was able to pick up my new car today 8/29/17 and drove it off the lot. I'm very happy with it and my buying experience at Bob Hurley Ford. Y'all are my go-to location because we're a Ford family and you're close to home. Thank you for making 'buying a car' easy!

Good experience

Our overall experience was good. Our salesman and finance guy were great !!! Thanks for helping us get a new vehicle that was right for our family !!! Austin Greer , you rock !!! The only downfall is they didn't detail the vehicle on the inside. (Windows ,dash and door panels were still a lil dirty) other than that it was a good experience

They have gone out of their way to fix my car

I have mostly had small things go wrong, but my car is needed every day so when they do go wrong I can't just leave it for a week. I have found that they go the extra mile to check it out and get it fixed as quickly as possible. I recommend them if you need service.

Unexpected Surprises

WE had no intention of buying a car but the service, price, payments, and overall experience changed our minds!!! Very friendly and not pushy at all! They found the perfect car for me! Loved this experience and still made it to the OU game on time!

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

I went looking for a used F150 and came away with my dream truck. Erik was very professional and accommodating. I had my 4 year old daughter with me and you know how impatient they can be. He gave her cookies and balloons as well as colors for entertainment. So we could focus on buying the truck.

Great Dealership Great Sales Consultant

I had a great experience at Bob Hurley Ford all the staff was great, I would deffentaly purchase my next vehicle there I would recommend this dealership to anyone, Sales Consultant Julius (Dr. J) Allen was the ultimate professional he greeted me with a great presentation made me feel absolutely welcome and comfortable he was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles I wanted information on, great person super great dealership.

Easy and Efficient

I recently purchased my new "baby" at Bob Hurley. Julius Allen, a.k.a. "Dr. J", made sure my car buying experience was both easy and efficient. As a single mom, he was able to assist me with the perfect vehicle for the perfect price. I will definitely be using "Dr. J" with any future car buying needs!!!
