Disappointed in Transparency!

Disappointed in Transparency!! I am sharing this experience regarding my recent lease at Vanguard Kia of Arlington. We negotiated a 36-month lease at $511/month for a vehicle with a custom pink interior. During negotiations, we signed a worksheet where the 48-month term was clearly crossed out and rejected. However, the final digital contract reflected a 48-month term when we actually agreed on the verbal 36-month term during negotiations. The signing process felt rushed and somewhat disorganized. At one point, incorrect paperwork was presented, retrieved as a “mistake,” she revised, and reprinted without a clear explanation of what she had changed. There was significant focus on reviewing additional coverages, but the lease term was not verbally revisited or clarified. I also asked multiple questions about the 30,000-mile limit (10k per year), which is standard for a 3-year lease, further reinforcing our understanding that we were agreeing to 36 months. When we raised the discrepancy with management, references were made to camera footage supporting the transaction; however, this footage was not produced during our follow-up meeting. I do want to acknowledge that the Finance Director was professional and courteous in our discussion yesterday (different than our Finance manager the day we signed) At this point, my primary concern is transparency. While I was offered the option to restructure the lease, it did not address how the process was handled. I have chosen to honor the written agreement but felt it was important to share my experience. If you value honesty and transparency I would not recommend coming here, I have never had an experience like this at other premium or quality dealerships, nor have I ever walked away feeling genuinely deceived. Thankfully, I obtained the original deal sheet showing the 48-month term crossed out. I strongly encourage future buyers to carefully review every line of digital documents, double check everything and keep copies of all negotiated paperwork and be careful about trusting anything based off of only verbal assurances. Don't be deceived by a lower sticker price, they stick

Don't be deceived by a lower sticker price, they stick you with a $3,000 fee. Talk about deceptive advertisement. I will never set foot in that place again.

Poorest run service department ever!

Poorest run service department ever! No appointments, just leave your car there until they are ready- in our case 5 to 7 days! Crazy! They don’t take appointments. I’ve never heard of this. We used them 3 years ago and everything was perfect, not anymore.

I recently visited your shop for an oil change and

I recently visited your shop for an oil change and received a diagnostic report stating that all my fluids and tire pressure were inspected and in good condition. However, after checking my vehicle myself, it was clear that no fluids were topped off and the tire pressure had not been adjusted. This is concerning, because it suggests that the inspection noted on the diagnostic page may not have actually been performed. Providing inaccurate information on a service report is unacceptable, and it affects my trust in your business. I don’t feel comfortable continuing to bring my vehicle here if the services listed are not truly being completed.
