Sheehy Subaru did an excellent job today. I received an oil change tire rotation and VIP cleaning.

Pleasant and helpful associate in service. Also willing to adjust appointment time due to inclement weather.

They are so thorough. And they always provide a video explaining the inspection and what is recommended.

Very nice dealership to work with. Bryan was extremely helpful and walked us through the purchase. He went over all the car features and explained everything in detail. The overall process was smooth and without stress. Zach worked to get us the best interest rate and explained the 10 year warranty to us and its benefits. We are very pleased with our experience.

9/8/25 My first appointment was with April Margetson at the collision center. She was very helpful and explained everything to me. I received a phone call later the same day about the rental being there when I drop my car off. Thank you for all your help. 2nd appointment was service with Anthony Dean, he is so kind and knowledgeable. He is very efficient and understanding. I asked about an detailing appointment, and explained that I had surgery scheduled on the 15th Sept that I would have to wait until sometime in October. He had it washed and vacuumed for me. Best service department ever. I have been helped by Mike mostly and he is very nice to deal with. Always a smile and keeps me up on what is going on with my car while in service (I normally wait). The app is easy to use and nice to make appointments through. Also, I feel I can stop by there if I have a quick question about something concerning my car. Waiting area is clean and comfortable.
