My parents bought me a car for my 21st birthday and Cliff was very helpful! He got them in and out of the dealership within 2 hours and they were thrilled with the buying experience. They surprised me, but Cliff went out of his way to give me a walkthrough of the car the next day since I missed out on the buying experience! He really went above and beyond.

Keith was very professional, patient and kind during the new car buying process. He did not pressure me in any way and answered all my questions honestly. When the car I had found on truecar sold before our meeting, he found another with the same build and specs and did not up charge me. Keith spent a fair amount of time explaining the unique features of my forester to me and even quizzed me on a few important ones to make sure I understood how they worked before I drove away. Keith is a Christian and believes in saying a prayer for each person to whom he sells a car and prays for their future safety and blessings. I think this is a beautiful and caring gesture. This is a guy who has 7 children and a bunch of grandkids. I got the sense the car he sold me is one he would pick for his family. It’s a free country and you can pray for whomever you’d like. I’ve already driven my forester from boulder to vail on the day of purchase and it did great. The new eye sight feature was pretty nifty and I barely notice the car working with the changes in elevation. Overall pretty happy with my purchase today. Thanks Keith!

Keith is Great!
Keith was completely personal and real. I felt like he actually cared and wanted to help. Throughout the process of buying my beautiful new car, I felt confident and calm and I think some part of that was just working with someone so straightforward. Excellent. 10 out of 10. I wish I had more friends looking for cars so that I could send them to Keith!

Avoid Keith Traczynski at all costs
Keith is the most unprofessional salesperson I've ever met. The entire time my 16 year-old daughter were in his office (an office filled with crosses and Bible verses), he made us extremely uncomfortable. He went on and on about his religion and his philosophy that children should be beaten as a form of discipline - and that's just one example of his unprofessional behavior. The icing on the cake was him getting into the front seat of my car as I was ready to leave - not distancing during a pandemic against all public health recommendations - and told us we were going to pray with him because "even if you don't believe, prayer works". It was unbelievable that he forced his religious beliefs on us without regard to how we would feel about it. Even though Keith is the absolute worst, everyone else at Mike Shaw Subaru we dealt with was great! Frank in finance worked really hard to get financing for me, despite my less-than-stellar credit. He was pleasant and professional and it was a pleasure to work with him. Go to Mike Shaw for your next Subaru. Avoid Keith at all costs.

Eric Grimm was a great personable salesman to work with that answered all my ?'s. Great experience and would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle.

Keith gave me the worst car buying experience ever. While...
Keith gave me the worst car buying experience ever. While my 16 year old daughter and I were I his office he mumbled on and on about the Bible, disciplining his kids (beating them), made fun of his daughter for asking if he remembered calling her fat (You girls are so sensitive - I can't even remember what I ate for lunch!). I could go on and on about his lack of professionalism. The kicker was that when I went to get in my car to leave, he hops in the front seat - not distanced - and leaned over when he was talking. Then he said, "One more thing - we are going to say a prayer because it doesn't matter of you believe or not prayer works for everyone." And then he mumbled on for a long time. Nope. You don't get to get into *my* car and subject me and my daughter to a religious practice to a god I do not believe in. That's unprofessional, completely unacceptable, and crosses so many lines. All around horrible experience with Keith. Do not use him!! That said, everyone else there was great - from the person who greeted us to the person who helped us find Keith and Frank the finance guy! My credit isn't stellar and Frank worked hard and got me the financing I needed. He was awesome! Definitely recommend the dealership, but absolutely NOT Keith. He needs to learn to keep his religion to himself and not be a creepy old man who makes women uncomfortable. (He will probably justify his behavior by claiming women are just too emotional and don't know how to handle real world situations).

Eric Grimm with Mike Shaw was so awesome during my 2020 Outback purchase. Very relaxed and non pressured experience! After a brief issue with my car, Eric was in constant contact with me throughout and communicated with me daily. He went above and beyond in making sure the situation was handled even offering to drive 2 - 4 hours to pick me up. He was the most amazing sales advisor I have ever encountered.
