I normally hate having to deal with the annoyance of leasing a new car. This time however, the experience was quick, stress free and I got a great deal.... Kas is a true gentleman. They were fabulous. They were so accommodating and made sure we were over satisfied with our purchase. They knew exactly what they were doing and was quick... about it as well. I am waiting for your dealership to locate a sensor for the cruise control. It has been a month and no part has been found. Your labor charge is 12.857... times more. That alone will make a person search for Sevice elsewhere. I haven't looked at my slash protection under my motor, it was installed after the car was returned to me( part was laying on the back seat). Now I will have to start looking for the sensor, if and when I find it. Why would come back to dealership( insurance company paying the bill. I have no cruise control. You haven't shown me that you deserve a labor price that's 12.857 higher.

The service I receive when I bring my car in for maintenance is always amazing. I've brought my car in for services ranging from oil changes, realignment,... a.c issues and peeling headlights (happened once and they got it sorted out right away) The service Rep who I go to for any services that need to be done is Edson. The way he helped me out when I had a a.c. problem and my Headlights were peeling was outstanding. Its because of the service I receive from both South Bay Infiniti and Edson that I will for sure keep bring my car to them.
