Kareem is extremely unprofessional! My son paid cash for a used car on May 27, 2025. Right away, he noticed a few things on the car didn’t work, but Kareem told him to take it anyway and promised everything would be taken care of when he came back to get the plates. Fast forward to today, August 2—and my son STILL doesn’t have his permanent plates. He’s been issued two temporary tags, the last of which expired on July 27, and now they’re saying they can’t give him a third one. He hasn’t been able to legally drive the car he paid for in full! To make it worse, Kareem even sent him an email saying the plates were ready—only for my son to show up and be told he couldn’t get them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Totally unprofessional experience from start to finish. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

THE WHOLE STAFF is unprofessional!!! They Hang up or don’t answer your calls. My son paid cash for a used car on May 27, 2025. I will never go back to this dealership again. Shady/untrustworthy!!! Well Things didn't go well after I purchased the car. First of all, my financial terms were wrong, so I had to go back and forth to resolve the situation with the financial team from this dealership . To get even better, my old car that was treated still had to be paid in full by this dealership . it's has been over a month with no solution yet. The bank that I had a financial my old car keeps calling me for payment. I had to put a stop payment and pay fee to my bak in order to stop the payment from being withdrawn from my bank account due to the lack of irresponsibility of this dealership. This situation, it's been going on between me. The salesman and the financial team since I purchased the car on March 15, 2024, are overwhelming me because I never felt behind payment on my car payments. Now, this will probably affect my credit, and if it doesn't, I will take legal action against the dealership. I never bought a car from any deal

HORRIBLE.
HORRIBLE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. My son went in based on an internet price of $22500. They agreed on $22000. Yes, he still has the internet price he printed out. He is 21, super excited to get his first luxury car and they rushed him through the paperwork, sign here, here and here. We got your monthly payments close to where you need to be. When he got home and I looked at the paperwork, they charged him $4000 OVER list price. Yes, it was his fault for not catching the switch and bait but LESSON LEARNED. He will never go by himself again. And lets talk about the financing. 18.9%. When they qualified him they said if the bank calls you, say you make THIS amount. He said but I don't. They said it's a technicality, don't worry about it. Can't prove it but lawyer said they will find out in discovery but dealerships are known for getting financing and adding a few percent on top FOR THEM. They also said they would fix a few things on the car. Took pics of issues but only fixed one of the multiple issues. 30 days later, still no plates. No one calls you back. They dump you to voicemail. HORRIBLE, do not use this dealership. If anyone had an issue, call Consumer Affairs Department (office: 800-647-7261).

They kept returning my car during the holiday season .
They kept returning my car during the holiday season . They told me twice it was nothing wrong with my car the first time they said they rebooted my system, the second time it was the transmission actuator after I had to test drive the car with the mechanic.. they kept trying to tell me my car was good. Long story short they ended up replacing my transmission.. but they installed it with a defective transfer case, they broke the bracket then forced it back on, to add insult to injury the didn’t even top off my transmission fluid…. I found all of this out when my car broke down exactly 45 days later.!!!!!!!! I will never recommend or use this dealership again… not even if they were giving away free cars!!!!!

If i could give minus 5 stars, I would. I had the displeasure of interacting with a very rude woman who was not just rude, but did not know the difference between a manufacturer's warranty and a federal warranty on emissions parts for vehicles they service. Furthermore, she kept referring to the extended warranty we were talked into purchasing through Infiniti as a third party warranty, when only Infiniti can file claims through it. It is specifically for Infiniti Service. To make matters worse, the manager I was transferred to speak with, did acknowledge the employee's shortcomings, but did not even offer a complementary evaluation or any special accommodation to make up for the lack of professionalism in their customer service or for their lack of knowledge. I do not recommend this facility. They are in the service industry and service was not provided. Rude.

SCAM USED CAR DEALER!
SCAM USED CAR DEALER!!!! Sold me a used car they didn't have a title for!!! and now I can not drive anyway because it not register going on 3 weeks. I had to hire a lawyer it's been the worst car purchase of my life. Ricardo was the salesman and has been absolutely no help the whole deanship is terrible please stay away

100% BAIT & SWITCH 2999 reconditioning fee on all cars and the cars look like they just came from an auction with a basic car wash. Very misleading. Read the reviews. When multiple reviews say the same thing trust that it's true. Went inside and I swear I was at a mom and pop garage shop selling used cars. Not one person was professional. Rude nasty attitude unorganized and most of all just shady. You have been warned. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!
