Do Not Go To Honda Wesley Chapel location I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and frustrating experience I had at your dealership. The entire process was a complete waste of time, and your team showed a serious lack of transparency, courtesy, and customer service. We came into your store specifically to see a vehicle that was listed online. After waiting in your lobby for over an hour, we were finally told the car had already been sold. This should have been communicated right away—not after an hour of waiting. We were then told a similar vehicle had just been traded in and that we would be shown that one eventhoughit wasnt cleaned at the time, but that was okay. Instead, your team tried to show us a completely older model of a Honda Civic—for the same price. That felt misleading and frankly insulting, as if we wouldn’t notice the difference. We left, only to receive a phone call promising to send us photos of the trade-in vehicle we discussed at the store. We gave our email address, but unsurprisingly, we never received a single photo. This entire experience was unprofessional and dishonest. I will not be returning, and I will be sharing my experience with others so they can avoid the same treatment.

So this is an update after the Sales manager Clayton
So this is an update after the Sales manager Clayton Meier who is very professional and courteous called me and explained the charges even though I don't agree with adding the fabric protection, window etching, LoJack, etc to the sales price of the car because it should be itemized separately and that is if you choose to accept it. No consumer should be forced to pay for extra items the dealer added to the car. If you buy a car from a dealer let's say for $20,000 and all of a sudden they add another $2-$3k to the price without them explaining to you that they added those items to the sales price you will be upset or at least going to question why the sale price of the car went up. But I gave them 3 stars because they did reach back out and explained the charges but will I go back to purchase a car from them? No! Only because of the finance department is very shady and dishonest. But I have no issues with sales, from the sales manager to Jakob with a K, they were very nice and courteous and they deserve 5 stars. Now Jacob from finance I will not do business with him again. May God bless all who work there and may He keep them honest and full of integrity.

My 2007 Honda CRV needed service, and Chris from service
My 2007 Honda CRV needed service, and Chris from service department was very helpful and very friendly. He explained everything that needed to be done is very professional upon completion of my vehicle. I took it home, started shaking. I return the vehicle and son of the manager went for a ride with me, and unfortunately, was not able to Replicate the issue, however sunny the service manager rode with me to try to out what the issue was.Sonny the service manager had me ride with him to try to resolve this issue, unfortunately, was not able to replicate again, but he was very professional very nice, and I appreciated the time that he took to ride with me in my both Sonny and Chris displayed exceptional customer service Ron Taylor

By far the most unprofessional dealership, I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve had the worst experience dealing with the finance department. Recently I made a significant purchase with wesley chapel honda. May 25 I began the conversation with a price quote. May 26 I purchased. Sales teams were prompt up until that point. I began requesting all documents related to purchase. The finance associate was rushing me and not allowing me to read through the documents. We disagreed on what I wanted to pruchase and he became irritable. I was told by him and the younger Mr. Swails that all documents would be sent to my email. In one of the agreements I signed it said documents would be furnished upon request. I don't believe what was negotiated is actually what I purchased. May 28 I reached out again to Robert Swails to follow up on the Promised documents. May 30 after no response I texted the number used for the purchase, again no response. May 31 Natalie assured me the documents would be sent, they weren't. It is now a week of requests for documents related to my warranty and sales purchase. I need documents for my bank and as of now the loan is not listed. I had a lengthy text exchange with the number provided by Natalie to no avail. Many apologies for inconvenience but still no documents. Do I seriously need to get a lawyer and contact action news to get my rightful copy to documents? Please send me my documents and warranty information. There were unnecessary purchases and I don't believe the warranty offered is even real. I am only interested in this situations resolution. I will NOT buy anything from Wesley Chapel Honda again. I will encourage all my friends and families to do the same. I will also leave a detailed review based on performance and how this matter was handled. Thank you for your time

This review is really for the dealership in general. I have no issue with the service department or its employees. I helped my daughter purchase her first new vehicle 3 months ago. She was immediately drawn to a Civic sedan Si 2023. We spoke with the sales associate who was friendly and helpful. I had serious concerns about my daughter driving a manual for the first time, however the sales associate assured us several times while sitting at his desk that the new Honda clutches were easy to learn, "almost bullet-proof" and his exact words- "you wont ever have to worry anyway because Honda covers the clutch as part of the powertrain warranty for life" Those were his words. Now I know he lied. He lied to make the sale. He lied because I expressed a legitimate concern that might have otherwise cost him the sale. The car is 4 months old. The clutch is blown. Its currently at Honda Service and my daughter is being quoted 3800.00 to repair. It is not drivable. This is her only vehicle. And now she has no transportation to her two jobs she got to help pay the 500/month loan. NO OTHER INDIE SHOPS CAN REPAIR AS THE CAR IS TOO NEW AND THERE ARE NO CLUTCHES AVAILBLE AFTERMARKET. So we are held hostage by a blown clutch, a lying sales representative and a corrupt dealership to its core. I have been unable to speak with an upper level manager despite multiple requests. The service rep said my only recourse is to negotiate with the salesman personally and see if he would help her financially in good faith. What a joke!!! STAY AWAY FROM WC HONDA. I work in the service field and see 150-200 people per day. I will be telling everyone our story and encouraging them all to shop elsewhere. My name is public here, Honda has my phone number. Ill talk to a manager at anytime. But my 5th call today without contact with management has led me to post the review.

DO NOT buy a car from this dealership! They will sell you a car in terrible condition at an absurdly high price and make all kinds of promises that they will not fulfill. These people should be behind bars. Wesley Chapel Honda took advantage of me when I purchased a car two years ago. I was suffering from an extreme Lupus flare and barely able to walk. They kept insisting that I wait and telling me that since I wasn’t feeling well, they would make any necessary repairs and detail the car I was interested in purchasing (it was off to the side, awaiting detail or repairs or both - it was not available on the main sales lot (I found it via web search)). They managed to hide several significant issues from me, including that the vehicle, a Honda CR-V, did not have continually working AC!! When I discovered the issues, I went in person and - in tears - went to the GM at the time, Justin Hann. He assured me that the dealership would repair the issues at no cost to me because they would never sell a car without AC in Florida without disclosing that issue. He gave his cell number and business card. When I subsequently dropped off my car for the repairs, I was told that Justin had relocated to another dealership and that the original dealership, would not help me. They presented me with an estimate over $3,000! They wouldn’t even detail my car, even though the original sales guy had given me a certificate for a free detail upon purchase because the car was never properly detailed. This vehicle is unsafe, outrageously expensive, and has been an absolute source of misery. DO NOT purchase from these people. I will never purchase another Honda as long as I live. Oh - and did I mention that they continue to send me promotional emails despite my repeated requests to remove me from all distribution lists? The law isn’t something these people care about. Wesley Chapel Honda is absolute garbage.
