Dishonest dealership Takes advantage of seniors

Key Acura Of Gainesville Florida These people take advantage of the elderly. I am a 68 year old man who purchased a used car from this dealership in December of 2022. I found a automobile I liked on the internet at Key Acura of Gainesville Florida. I contacted them and talked to a salesman Dale Scott about coming up to check out the auto. When I got up there I was informed that the price listed was actually $1000 less than what they wanted. The price listed was if you went through their financing. I already had financing approved with my bank. I went to pick up the auto on Friday afternoon, I guess there was some miscommunication between my bank, me and the dealership. Being after 5PM I could not reach my bank, so they told me they would see if they could get me financing which they did. But they didn't take off the $1000 for using their financing. I didn't catch it at the time. I sent Dale Scott a email requesting this after giving him ample time to respond I called him and he informed me he was on sick leave and please contact the dealership. I called the Dealership and talked to the general manager Kerry Barr who tried to brush me off saying the deal was done and he didn't know if he could do anything but he would check into it and call me back the next day. WELL guess what no call. I waited a few days and called back and asked for him, and was refereed to his voicemail. I left him a message asking him to call me. That was in January and to date I haven't gotten any response. I would expect better customer service and honesty from a major dealership. Michael G.

I called joe on a Sunday Evan though they were closed he

I called joe on a Sunday Evan though they were closed he took my calls as I wanted to ask questions about Acura rdxknow I am one very impatient person to ask question .we live in tallassee so we had to drive there I let joe know we were coming I am very glad I went there to purchase .I am also a person that it takes a little bit of time for things to sink in .he took his time with myself and husbandi would highly recommend joe at key acuramy husband was against me going ithrough a dealership to buy car but joe has changed his mind thank you again joe for all of you help

I absolutely loved working with this dealership and it...

I absolutely loved working with this dealership and it made me realize how bad the other Acura dealership was. I bought a 21 TLX Type S from them and the experience was very smooth from start to finish. I mostly dealt with Joe and he is a great guy. Not pushy at all and very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

We drove 60 miles to visit this dealer to see a car we were interested in. Glad we did. Friendly and professional people made our car buying experience one of the best we've had. Our salesperson, Joe Siebenaler, was great. Anthony, Bernie, and Jim were very helpful. We definitely recommend Key Acura of Gainesville.

Excellent experience

Bought 2 vehicles from them this month. Good financing rates and a very nice experience. No hard sell, no typical annoying car sales tactics. Highly recommend. If you can, shop with Joe S. for the best experience.

The Best o Hassle Dealer

In all my years (70 ) I have never had such a positive car buying experience. My sales person was amazing. He listened to me, was patient and did everything he could to find me a vehicle I would love. I was on a very tight budget and he worked with me showing me what was a possible vehicle I could buy. I fell in love with an Acura RDX and I thought I would not be able to buy it. The financing person was awesome. He jumped through hoops, went the extra miles to find me just what I needed to drive home in that car. AND it was right at the payment amount I could afford. They never tried to get me to add more to the down payment or sell me something cheaper I didn't like. I would recommend Key Acura to anyone looking for a great dealership with fabulous staff.

great experience

Was the easiest car buying experience. They were nice and knowledgeable. They were not pushy. We were in and out quickly. I would recommend them to friends and family.
