Great experience

Went in to West Herr Hyundai with the hopes of leaving quickly with a vehicle. Anthony met me at the door and made me feel valued immediately. I was in and out in 30 minutes with exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend this dealership and salesperson.

Hats 🎩 off to Roy

Hats 🎩 off to Roy in the service department! Took my SUV in for repairs and inspection Roy was very kind and professional to my needs from the time I dropped of my vehicle till the time I picked it up . I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else thanks to the experience I had with Roy . We came from Pennsylvania and had a great experience with this dealership. They were not high pressure, and we felt they were accommodating and kind with our situation (which changed suddenly right before our visit to the dealership because we hit a deer on the road that very day!) Ryan K. was our salesperson.

Tyler at West Herr was amazing to work with. He helped me find the right car at the right price and explained all of the options in a really clear way. He was respectful of my time and got me in and out quickly. I drove away the same day! I'll definitely be back to see Tyler for my next car too.

Good dealer and polite staff

Joshuah from West Herr Hyundai did an excellent job starting from day 1 till the delivery of car. He is so polite, professional and always answered any kind of questions. Always maintained quick and clear communication over phone. I had a wonderful experience purchasing new vehicle. I recommend anyone to look for Joshuah if they are visiting West Herr Hyundai. Wasn’t happy with service

Needed oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Made appointment weeks in advance and was waiting. Took over an hour past what they told me wait time was. Found stains on my white leather upholstery and a half drank water bottle in my cup holder.

Very good experience!

I had an awesome experience!! I had the pleasure of working with Joshua and Cory and they did a very good job explaining things to me in a way it made sense. Not to mention, super friendly!! Definitely recommend and will be going back to them if I need anything :)

I want to speak with the service manager

First of all I haven't had a great service since last month i went yesterday to install some parts in my 2015 sonata and I was very clear to check my car in fluids and tires beacuse the air was low and I was taking a trip to NYC and the tires have the same number of air so that means they didn't check it and I was told they did I think this is so disrespectful do your job that's what u all get paid for the only person I trust in that service counter is Roy
