"I purchased a vehicle here over the weekend, but because
"I purchased a vehicle here over the weekend, but because the sale closed after hours, the car wasn't detailed or fueled. I was told to return the following week to have this addressed. Unfortunately, the after-sales service was a disaster. When I called to schedule, the service department was dismissive and unhelpful, forcing me to involve my original salesperson. Upon arrival, a '1-2 hour' wait turned into 4 hours. When I finally sought an update, the salesperson was condescending, implying it was my responsibility to track him down. To make matters worse, despite being promised a full tank of gas, the car was returned with only half a tank. I was told there is a '10-gallon limit,' ignoring our prior agreement. This lack of accountability and poor treatment has completely soured my buying experience. I expected much better."

Ronald Carter looked out for me like I was a family
Ronald Carter looked out for me like I was a family member. He wanted to know what i was looking for and what I wanted on it. He asked about thing I wanted but did not mention. He wanted to know the "must have" items. I had made a list of most of the thing I wanted and he listened, explained to me about the different styles and what was and was not on the suv., what could be added at an additional cost. He asked about the color I wanted based on 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice. He also explained to me the difference in each level of the equinox and what was important to me could or could not come with that model. When we went on the test drive he ask if I was comfortable with the driving features as it was quite different. He was very patience in explaning and answering my questions. Patience, detailed, proffessional. He made me feel like it was my world and he wanted me to be happy with what I purchased. Once all the paperwork was done he made sure I knew how to use the features.and where they were located.. I will refer Park Chevrolet and Ronald Carter to all of my family and friends should they need a new or used car. Ron Carter, thank you for being there for me. Parks Chevrolet thank you for have salespeople that care as much about the potential buyer as they care about making the sale. My experience was exceptional. I am so happy with my new 2026 Equinox RS with everything on it and more. I never give anyone a 10 rating but if the highest was a 15 I would give him a 14 1/2 because as a former supervisor i can only say "there is always room to do better", I just do not know how he could have been better.
